Phoenix police lieutenant Joe Knott (#4037) for sexual harassment, workplace harassment and for retaliating against another Phoenix PD employee.That's now 2 lieutenants - Joe Knott and Stan Hoover who have been accused of sexual harassment. What exactly is Chief Jack Ass Harris teaching these lieutenants anyway?
We hope each and every one of you copy this letter and send your own version, with your own signature to the FBI.
We also hear that Balloon Knott is trying to hire an attorney to go after us. Shouldn't he be saving that money to pay for his motor home? Some cops just won't learn...maybe he should talk to Montgomery and Polombo....or better yet would one of you guys here please remind ol Balloon boy to save his money?
We were also told that 3 different people have filed EEOC complaints against carrot-top-Knott. Maybe we will see him at BEVMO with Stan da Man Hoover?

RE: September 2009, FBI Academy Training, Quantico, Virginia
Attendance of Phoenix Police Lieutenant Joseph Knott (#4037)
Gentlemen:
Phoenix police Lieutenant Joseph Knott (#4037) has been invited to attend the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia as a member of the Phoenix Police Department in your September, 2009 class.
As a citizen of Phoenix, Arizona I need to bring to your attention several EEOC complaints that are currently pending against Phoenix police officer, Lieutenant Joseph Knott. While I cannot get into the specifics of these allegations and must respectfully protect the identity of the victims, I can share with you that the allegations deal with retaliation, workplace harassment and sexual harassment. Phoenix Police officer Joseph Knott was aware of all the allegations and failed to do anything to prevent them. This shows a lack of leadership and a dereliction of duty by a high ranking, high profile Phoenix Police lieutenant that has been invited to your Academy.
Coincidentally, a close friend of Joe Knott’s and another Phoenix Police officer named detective Michael Polombo (#4696) has been brought up on the same allegations, and is a sergeant assigned to the FBI~bank robbery task force. Officer Mike Polombo is also currently being investigated for violating Operations Order 5.2; speaking to the media without permission or prior authorization.
I understand the stringent requirements for officers who work with the FBI and who are invited to the prestigious FBI Academy. Officers must meet the following qualifications, in addition to being nominated by their department to attend your academy:
· Possess an excellent character and enjoy a reputation for professional integrity;
· Exhibit an interest in law enforcement as a public service, a seriousness of purpose, qualities of leadership and enjoy the confidence and respect of fellow officers;
Officers in attendance of your Academy are the “best-of-the-best” in law enforcement and should be of the highest pedigree and caliber. Officers attending the FBI Academy should never have allegations of multiple EEOC complaints for retaliation, workplace harassment and sexual harassment, or have any other open investigation pending against them.
Officer Joe Knott’s attendance in your September class will tarnish the integrity of the FBI; and has the propensity to “balloon” into discomfiture for the Phoenix Police Department.
I understand that two positions are reserved for Phoenix Police officers to attend your academy from a long list of applicants. As a citizen of Phoenix, I am requesting the removal and discharge of Phoenix Police department employee, Lieutenant Joseph Knott (#4037) from your program, until his EEOC complaints are investigated, sustained and/or brought to closure. You may offer his position to the tertiary person from the list of better qualified applicants. Officer Joe Knott does not meet the qualifications of an officer of excellent character and in admirable standing. His integrity as an effectual and able leader is being questioned; by not investigating and ignoring sexual and workplace harassment and the deliberate retaliation against another Phoenix Police department employee.
I send this letter to you and have carbon copied others within the city of Phoenix command structure and await a reply. If you would like more details about the EEOC allegations against Lieutenant Joe Knott, my sources may be able to provide some confidential information to you.
Warm Regards,
Jeff P.

I am a Phoenix PD officer for 15 plus years. (I actually don’t want to say for how many for I fear they are watching this site and are trying to pin down who is blogging here)
I think this site is utterly brilliant. I don’t think anyone thought in a million years that a guy with a blog would cause some much consternation in the Phoenix PD. We have been waiting for this for a long time.
I can only imagine what it feel like now to Joe or Stan and having a citizen use our own Operation Orders against us. That’s the brilliance! Joe has been in homicide for only 2 years and let Mike Polombo run rampant. Joe had an opportunity (and a duty) to investigate Mike, but he didn’t. He has tried to fire Karen, but he can’t. Joe must be humiliated and mortified that a citizen is destroying him by publishing all his EEOC complaints. And there is nothing he can do to stop it. Joe allowed an investigation into missing nameplates turn into the biggest embarrassment since Harold Hurtt was drunk on a golf course. What a foolish mistake.
I will bet any cops who read this would have never thought of sending a letter to the FBI. Whatever your name is Mr. Blogger, you are a genius and just beat these guys repeatedly.
Joe, I don’t know you directly but from what I do know I know you are an Ahole. This is your own fault and you can thank Stan Hoover too. Had Stan only investigated Louie Tovar and a phone call, and this blog would be. Had Jack listened to a citizen who we are sworn to protect, then none of this would be. I think your career has ended Joe and you have this blog, a blogger and your own stupidity to thank.
I love this blog and as someone else said earlier that it really puts in to perspective the inner workings of the Phoenix PD. Keep up the good work and please don’t ever stop.
You know the problem if Knott does not go to the FBI Academy there will be a different LT that gets to go. I heard that Marcel 'Bent Dick' Spaulding was trying to go. That would be a shame if he went to this because of he so much of a fucktard. Marcel does not deserve to be a LT why should he get to attent the FBI Academy.
Why did Marcel leave his first wife and kid?
EEOC's are flying around VCB. It seems if you are a LT in VCB, you have some issues going. on.
Four separate employees alleging EEOC's on VCB LT's (and of course Polombo has some EEOC issues himself). That SHOULD be an eye opener to Harris, but they are all FOJ's. It should be an eye opener to the Mayor, City Council and City Manager but it seems their eye's have been sealed shut. Time to wake up people. $$$$ should be paid out and people's jobs should be lost. We all shall see what happens in the next chapter of Knott, Polombo and ALL the other's involved, which are many, many names that have been named!
Several of us have realized Knott seems to be all tied up the last few days. A little stressful Joe K? You know you never should of been GIVEN the position you are in, as the homicide LT. You were never qualified and after going on two years, you are still as clueless as the day you landed on the VCB floor.
I have friends on departments all around the country and ALL OF THEM have asked me about this website.
They watch it in briefing and laugh at us!!!!! Not to mention the citizens of Phoenix that ask me about this stuff on a daily basis!!!
What is it gonna take to get the truth about all these allegations??
I wish someone would grow a pair and take charge of getting to the bottom of this. Sustained or unfounded, either way it would be nice to know if any of these allegations are true.
It is like a bad television show. A cross between the shield (the corruption) and Barney Miller (the hilarity).
Maybe BPC should advertise on local cable or billboards so more people are aware of this stuff.
Keep up the fight BPC, it is nice to know that someone is trying to hold people accountable for their actions.
