This is our 101st Blog Posting and we have been running for almost 1 ½ years.Thanks again to all of you in Blue who support this site and provide us your information, thoughts and comments that help keep it going. It continues to grow; in the words of Little Louie Tovar - like a "dickweed" - thanks to all of you.
As many of you know, the FBI Academy is a prestigious accolade for Phoenix Police officers. It provides the needed training and career development to nurture some of Phoenix’s finest into leaders.
The Academy is by special invitation and only happens twice a year.
So how and why do pigs like Commander Mike Parra or Louie Tovar get to go? How did Mike Parra get away with banging a fellow classmate and getting her pregnant, and why do the Phoenix PD and Chief Jack Ass allow these dirty cops to be in leadership positions? It’s yet another dirty secret in the command structure of the Phoenix PD.
In early 2008, Commander Mike Parra attended the prestigious FBI Academy in Quantico, VA; telling everyone he was going to polish his career, when in actuality he went there to polish his knob. Mike was married and had a lovely wife who was a retired commander. To protect her identity, we’ll just call her retired Commander Suzy Parker.
When Mike went to the Academy he met a female commander from Sierra Vista and began banging her like a screen door in a Hurricane. So while he is supposed to be training and developing his leadership abilities, he’s shagging a fellow FBI Academy classmate. Nice huh? Like all the other FOJs, this bastard dipped his wick and had his pipes cleaned all on the taxpayer dime. He must be friends with the other shitbag, Mike Polombo.
Well as fate would have it Ms. Sierra Vista commander becomes pregnant. She needed to retire – prior to her 20 years - to have the baby. Mike Parra does the noble thing; he leaves his wife and marries his new Sierra Vista squeeze.
When we heard this story we laughed and our sympathies go out to Suzy Parker...but not really because she is better of in the long run.
So Parra can’t have kids with his wife and he goes to Quantico and knocks up Ms. Sierra Vista? Is it the water in Virginia?
Mike - If she slept with you, there’s probably a whole graduating FBI Academy Class (and undoubtedly a high school football squad and a precinct) that is glad you took the bullet for all of them! Mike, we hear you're not too bright so let us be the first to tell you that just because Ms. Sierra Vista used your prick as whistle doesn't mean you marry her, you fucktard. How are you even sure it’s yours, Mike? Time to call Maury Povich and do that paternity test, Brother.
Needless to say, Mike Parra is a laughing stock within the PPD. He's not well liked anywhere he goes and just an absolute worthless shitbag who became a commander by kissing the sphincter of Chief Jack Ass. He is an absolute disgrace to the uniform with everyone laughing behind his back.
From what we here he really puts the “ass” in assclown.
You shouldn’t feel bad when Lt. Joe “Balloon” Knott gets to go to the FBI Academy, because douchbags like Commander Mike Parra and Louie Tovar paved the way! It's all part of the nepotism and cronyism under Chief Jack Ass. Whether it be EEOC complaints, your son admitting to molesting other family members, sexual harassment or just out-n-out public fucking of subordinates; Jack Ass Harris allows it, supports it and does nothing to stop it.
(Suzy if you want to contact us and give us your side of the story, then please do. It may be tough in the short-term, but having a worthless bag of smashed assholes named Mike Parra in your life, will be the best thing that ever happened. You may also take comfort that our sources tell us Mike is the biggest joke in the PPD - outside of the idiots we mention here ;p)

It sounds like the FBI academy is one big party. It would be interesting to see what they exactly do for three months.
Knott should fit right in and maybe that is why he was selected and is going; it is a place for misfits and fuck-ups.
I wonder if they have a class on how to deal with EEOC issues? Maybe Knott will get to tour the FBI crime lab and tell them about all his experience and how he helped f-up the Phx crime lab by bowing down to all the "administrators" who are clueless. Maybe he could tell all of his experience in dealing with homicides. Wait, he has never been an investigator or helped work/solve one violent crime in Phx, but I bet he will tell many "war stories" of his days on the homicide beat.
Hey Knott, does your wife and daughter know about all your EEOC complaints? What about you sexually harassing that assault detective that is about half your age, right around your daughters age.
You have been screwing over officers for many, many years. There are a lot of us who will never forget the damage you have done in the 90's and early 00's. One day, we all hope it catches up with you. Don't forget about your days in 800 as an LT and how you forced that new female sergeant in to giving up her stripes. Or how you forced out that female sergeant out of PSB, initials "TC", because she would not bow to your way of doing investigations, which was wrong and not truthful. Good for her for standing up to you and what was right for those officers. It will all come back one day and the truths will be told, not your water downed, distortions of what really went on. You have so many ghosts in your closet they will all be let out one day to haunt you, with those investigation re-opened and looked over again.
It would be nice if your articles weren't so dripping with animosity. While I enjoy learning about how certain officers at the PPD are misbehaving; the way you attack them constantly (eg. "fucktard") makes it sound ultra-personal and thus less believable. Reporting the transgressions of the PDP to the public would be more credible if you stuck to the facts and avoided foul-mouthed attacks (even though they might be well deserved).

We get complaints all the time, yet we are proud that words and phrases like “Assclown” “Fucktard” , “Little Louie Tovar’s kid is a child molester” and “Mike Polombo is such a racist even his teenage daughter hates him” are part of the regular vernacular in halls of 620.
At the top of the Blog we tell everyone that it is no for the faint of heart and requires a thick skin. If you don’t like it, then don’t read it.
TimH…dude…we aren’t trying to win a Pulitzer Prize with the site. No awards will be given for sure. We also aren’t the NY Times, or Wall Street Journal. This site is raw…granted - but the language, humor, euphemisms and photos will not change. If you think it destroys our credibility, then your point is well taken and duly noted… but it just isn’t going to change.
Phoenix PD cops drive this site…Phoenix PD cops like the format, the Good and the Great in the Phoenix are the life blood of this site. We’ve been down this path, discussed it endlessly, but it ain’t going to change.
Jack is an Ass. Parra is a fucktard. Joe Knott is a “Balloon Knott” (AKA a major fucking carrot top asshole) and if that makes us sound amateurism…then oh well…call us amateurs. But 50,000 website hits in one day, a book deal offer, a movie deal discussion with a major movie studio, and offers to buy the website can’t be wrong – so we must be doing something right!
So TimH, pour a martini, order your wife to blow you, and enjoy the ride!

For the record, retired Cmdr. Suzy is a friend. Her divorce to Mike Parra is YET to be finalized. The woman involved was a Commander in Fairfax, VA, not Sierra Vista. Her name was Amy Lubas and has now legally changed it to Isabella Maldonado. While attending the Academy, Amy was able to go home and visit her husband as she lived very near Quantico. Mike kept Suzy around until he got done with his child support and got his retirement back from his first wife. Once that was done, Amy and Mike didn't waste anytime and now have a 7 month old, in Suzy's house with Suzy's furniture! While Amy is divorced, Mike is still legally married to Suzy, but Suzy is hoping that will change soon....
I am retired from the PHX PD and know Suzy very well. She had no integrity as a Commander and was just like her husband. She deserves what she gets. They were two of a kind.
