Every once in a while we get off track on a subject that is near and endearing to us – Former police Sergeant Ron Snodgrass and his C Drive filled with porn, officer TJ Martin keeping dildos on his desk, Hillary Clinton making a run for President and Sheriff Joe simply obeying the law for arresting people illegal in our country. But this one is a little different.
This story is much like the photo at the left...what one think's they see, may just really be a dog's asshole and not an epiphany of Jesus.

It appears to be another case of malicious prosecution by Andrew Thomas only this time it resulted in a conviction with 11 years in prison for a crime that apparently didn’t happen. Since the trial, evidence has come about that Courtney was convicted with fabricated evidence (gee…sound familiar?) and pleas to Andrew Thomas go unanswered.
Well Courtney Bisbee had a daughter, and when Courtney went to prison, her daughter was absconded to Las Vegas, NV with her biological dad. Courtney wants some communiqué with her daughter and Courtney’s parents want grandparent visits. An attorney named Jennifer Ryan~Touhill has filed motions to stop any visits and is standing in the way of grandparents and a mother from seeing their child. No one has seen the little girl named Taylor Lee since 2005, thanks to Jennifer Ryan~Touhill. One would think that a prudent attorney who claims to be pro-family, would look at the new evidence and try at all costs to form a bond with the child and her grandparents; but Jennifer Ryan~Touhill doesn't think that the grandparents are important in this case.
It is really irrelevant at this point weather you believe Courtney is innocent or guilty. This isn’t about getting her out of prison (although Andrew Thomas really needs to make that happen), it is about a grandmother who wants time and a bond with her granddaughter, and Jennifer Ryan-Touhill is purposefully and maliciously standing in the way.
Our Blogger Jeff knows first-hand of Jennifer Ryan-Touhill’s antics. Jeff himself filed a Bar complaint against Touhill and has now formed an alliance with the grandmother Camille Tilley. Jeff invited Camille Tilley to his divorce court the other day, and you should have seen Jennifer Ryan~Touhill come unraveled and upset by their presense - going so far as asking the judge to remove Mr and Mrs. Tilley from a public courtroom! (Touhill struck out on that request!)

There is such a miscarriage of justice going on in this case, and the egregious antics of attorney Jennifer Ryan~Touhill don’t help the family as a whole. Much like in the Tilley’s case, Jennifer Ryan~Touhill has suggested that blogger Jeff is a bad parent and has tried on numerous occasions to destroy his relationships with his own kids, partly due to the antics and illegal raids of the chief Jack Ass and Phoenix PD. Touhill went so far as to offer up Jeff's son to be interviewed by the amazingly inept, detective Theron Quass.
Any of you that have navigated the system of the criminal courts or the family courts already know that it is taxing and over burdened. The judges will admit it and the attorneys know it. It is even harder when you have people working within it that are egregious, not pro-family, inept and down right Machiavellian. The system can only work and will only be fixed when we all get rid of the bad, and replace it with good hard working people – whether its court personnel, police, or attorneys.
Since we know many of you read this site, refer attorneys and work within the legal system, and as cops have one of the highest divorce rates - we strongly encourage you to help spread the word about lousy attorneys who work in the already broken system, and how they bring everyone down.
We also would strongly recommend that if you are in a family law case and somehow you get the court to assign you Jennifer Ryan~Touhill as a best interest attorney (BIA), a child custody attorney, or counsel for visitation or adoption – that you pass on her and request another one. You will do better in the long run.
If you want a great, female family law attorney, go with someone we strongly recommend; Kerrie Droban. She is insightful, hardworking and honest. We know she gets a lot of business (especially from cops).

It is going to take place in Mayberry where Opie is now Sheriff, played by Knott. The 1st episode is based on the life of Madam Heidi Fleiss, played by H. Polombo. Oh, this could go on for a long time with all the characters in this department.

This quote is very sad and my heart breaks for this woman. I am in the education profession and BPC is aware of my case, and what the Phoenix PD is currently doing in prosecuting me. Malicious prosection should be the PD and County Attorney's Office new mission statement.
Let's say for example she was guilty. Why was this women not given the probation and slap on the wrist that the cheerleading coach in PV and other teachers who have been prosecuted been given. 11 years?? I am all for the punishment fits the crime, but did this really?
I am appalled by the system. I am appalled that Thomas' office ignores pleas. Does anyone ever look at the fact that these the PD and Thomas' office go after inidividuals who have no criminal record and are probably innocent? Are they more for destroying lives than serving real justice?
Kudos to Ms. Droban as well, she is a top gun and a true professional. I pray that these events will soon end, and justice will be really served the way it should be.
I could not agree more with the opinion of Mrs. Touhill. She is very unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. I don't understand how someone of her character is allowed to protect children, I would never recommend this attorney in any case your pursuing.

#1. Pulled a loaded gun on her first husband in Florida, Jeremy Kitchen. He had to take a restraining order out against her.
#2. Left her daughter abandoned in her car TWICE, long enough for the Scottsdale police to come to her rescue both times and save her.
#3. Checked a 12-year-old boy out of school under a false name and took him home to molest him IN FRONT OF HER DAUGHTER!
#4. The COURTS have stated on numerous occasions that Courtney is NOT TO HAVE CONTACT WITH HER DAUGHTER!!
#5. Camille Tilley only wants to take her Grand-daughter to the prison AND SUBJECT HER TO COURTNEY'S CRAZINESS.
#6. Courtney is engaged now to another prisoner, Jose Valdez, who is extremely dangerous. Camille Tilley is good friends with him.
Do you really think that any of these people know what's best for a child?!?! Camille Tilley obviously sucks at raising them!
