So folks...don't be that upset if Joe Knott goes to the FBI Academy. Letting him go builds a solid case on all the EEOC complaints and just shows how Chief Jack Ass doesn't care about citizens or his employees - unless of course you are an FOJ. We hear that Joe has been harassing that little Afghan woman in SID. She complained and Joe was told to "knock it off" - but nothing formally was done. If any of you know her, tell her to contact us and to file her own EEOC complaint.

Is "Carrot Top", still going to the FBI academy?
Alot of us on the department feel like if we fuck-up, we will be rewarded. When your honest and do the right thing, you don't have a chance to transfer anywhere.
The people named on this site is a great example: Louie Tovar, Steve Wamsley, The Polombo's, Joe Knott, Marcel Spaulding, Stan Hoover, Tracy Montgomery, they have all fucked up BIG TIME and nothing happens.
You know I have been on this department for over 10 years, and when I signed up it was one of the crowning moments in my life. The longer I am here the more disillusioned I have become with not only police work but my employer. I am no longer proud to say I am a Phoenix Police Officer. I cringe whenever anyone in a leadership position comes around, and, worst of all, there are so few that I trust on the department. I do not want to become one of the officers stuck here and becomes angry and crusty. Yes, I am looking at other options and soon I will be moving on to something else. I can say I have met some great people here, but my personal health and emotional strength depends on me moving on to something else. I just cannot believe the corruption in this department.
Copgrrl....As a citizen I am not proud to say I live in Phoenix and when someone would ask what does your husband do for a living....well...my response is he works in sanitation cleaning up all the garbage in this town.
The disappointing fact the Cty Attny, Mayor, City Mngr, and City Council have been very much aware of the corruption, EEOC, stealing from the retirement board, DNA lab corruption and PSB cover ups with Stan da man.
The Cty Attny has never prosecuted a case, Mayor Gordon is too busy having sleep overs with his main squeeze, just ask the squad that drives him around. Fairbanks has no choice but to retire before the feds come in, M. Beam has so many EEOC's on her desk she ask Little Louie to help out with phone calls. The five star wonder boy will need to call Ronnie Bear and ask for loan on their porn site business so he can repay the retirement board. The City Council was stripped of their power over Gordon and Fairbanks and now are puppets of corruption. Kevin Robinson and Tracy Montgomery were too busy tainting their own body fluids they were unaware what Polumbo was storing in the garage...and it was not "SNAP on TOOLS" & lipstick for Heather.
And as for the PSB corruption & cover ups with Stan da Man....well, Stan da Man will be handing out "FREE" raffle tickets for everyone he has screwed over the years to attend the FBI Academy in place of Balloon Knott this Saturday in the BevMo parking lot at Happy Valley & I17. He does ask for everyone to please give a donation....toilet seat covers.
Personally, I think Mark Spencer needs to quite the department and run for Mayor.

A: Currently we have Det. Heather Polumbo heading up that area. As to cost saving measures all donated days of pay monies will be placed in a special fund to help offset all current and future EEOC, and pending citizens civil rights lawsuits.

Hey Marcel “Bent Dick” Spaulding. I was walking in the parking lot the other night and noticed that you Crown Vic has no supervisor stickers on it. That reminded me of a comment you made that you like it that way so you can essentially spy on the officers. You have really mastered the art of leadership with comments like that.
I also heard that while you were at the academy you used to threaten the recruits to go 10 rounds with you. Let me tell you from what I saw during ground fighting training you suck.
You should put an ‘A’ in front of your serial number since most desk aids and police assistants see more of the street and the inside of a police car than you. You are to busy sitting on your ass in the station trying to figure out ways to fuck over officers.

The Phoenix Police Department once again will try to pull the wool over the tax payer's eyes. For years the Fiscal Management Bureau of the Phoenix Police Department has been misappropriating and mismanaging funds. The 4th Floor is aware of this problem and have completely ignored the issue. Different Chiefs have admitted to knowing this problem and have refused to call outside auditors to correct a 20 year problem.
What the tax payers don't know is that the city has plenty of funds, however, the funds are managed by inept and corrupt people whose answer to the shortage is always "its all a big pot". There is no accountability. However, there is clear corruption, theft, misappropriation, carelessness and callousness.
Please check to see how many OFFICERS have been hired since the proposition has passed.
The Department is gearing up to tell its biggest lie yet. They have even consulted with City attorneys to cover up their latest scheme. They are trying to find the legality and language to sell their latest financial woe. Except it is all a lie. The Department once again will misappropriate tax payers funds.
In regard to Prop 1, tax payers were clear on how they wanted their taxes to be used. It will and has not be used in that manner. Please read the language of the proposition carefully.
I hope that you make inquiries on this matter. The Department is already meeting with community groups to misrepresent what they are clearly planning to do: That is, to not use tax payer's money as intended. They will blame this on the economy, but the truth is that they have mismanaged the funds and used it elsewhere.
Their math and reasoning does not add up.
Prop 1
RELATING TO THE HIRING OF PUBLIC SAFETY EMPLOYEES.
These funds will be used only to enhance police, fire and homeland security services provided
to the citizens of Phoenix.
Eighty percent of these funds will be used by the Phoenix Police Department to recruit, hire,
train and equip at least 500 police officers and police personnel to fight crime, including violent
crime and crimes against children. These funds will also be used to make service calls more
efficient and hire CSI forensic teams to improve evidence collection and conviction rates. To
the extent available funds generated by this proposition exceed the cost for the 500 police
officers or personnel, such funds may be used for other related public safety purposes including
hiring additional police officers or police personnel or purchasing police equipment.
Twenty percent of these funds will be used by the Phoenix Fire Department to recruit, hire, train
and equip at least 100 firefighters and fire personnel to improve fire protection services,
including rapid response times for major emergencies and increasing paramedic and other
emergency medical services. To the extent available funds generated by this proposition
exceed the cost for 100 firefighters or personnel, such funds may be used for other related
public safety purposes including hiring additional firefighters or fire personnel or purchasing fire
equipment.
None of these funds will be used for general city administrative or general city overhead costs.
All funds must be spent for public safety purposes. These funds may not be used to replace or
supplant current public safety funding.
All revenues from the two-tenths (2/10ths) of one percent increase in the Business Activity Tax
(Sales Tax) must be spent as approved by the voters as stated above. The City Council is
directed to take all necessary actions to implement this publicly adopted Ordinance and to hire
these 600 new public safety personnel within 24 months of the implementation of this
Ordinance.
The general mood in the Department right now is extreme “fear and loathing”
Hopefully none of you ever need to call on a Phoenix Police Officer for help. Every institution has INDIVIDUALS with a less than perfect score sheet - such extreme generalization is pure ignorance. In the event you reach for the phone to dial 911, please remember that you are calling on "Bad Phoenix Cops" for save your ass. Get a life, perhaps a job, and stop biting the hand that feeds you.
Steven Wamsley uses public funds and resources to give phoenix cops a bad name. He had his third wife updated with nice implants but couldn't keep her or her daughter either. Is he using public funds for these resizings since it isn't cheap and his wives keep leaving him.
