There must be no home break-ins, no drop houses, no homicides and no other crime for the Phoenix PD to do this.
They have tried repeatedly to submit this to the County Attorney for prosecution, with no luck. They have now submitted this to the Attorney General - Terry Goddard for prosecution.

Read it. Heather admits to Vance she had an affair. It is right there in her interview with Quass. Heather goes on to say she "allegedly" heard Barnes and Vance saying she was having an affair with Polombo. She just admitted she told Vance she was. None of the other interviews does anyone ever say Barnes or Vance say Heather and Mike are having an affair. OMG!! Which means Heather lied to PSB. But, nothing happens to her. This is all internal BS and the department wasted resources, money, time and God knows what else.
Since when is it a crime to send someone you know an email? Nothing in this "affidavit" connects Barnes to the website, only Pataky. And where is Barnes' interview with Quass? Vance refused to be interviewed, what did Barnes say? Or did Quass just not even try. Piss pore job on Quass' part.
The union is constantly belittling supervisors on their website, which could also be called a BLOG, just not an interactive BLOG. Why hasn't the union offices been searched and all their computers seized. Just about every officer assigned to the union has communicated with Pataky. Why haven't they been the subject of searches?
Very obvious the department is retaliating against Barnes and Pataky. But why just those two?
Pataky is outspoken against Harris.
Barnes blew the whistle on the crime lab. Or did he? He blew the whistle to the union and the union exploited it for their advantage and own agenda. All the media interviews on the crime lab were done by the union.
This is one corrupt department.

I am so pissed right now that I wrote to the mayor,city manager,jack ass Harris ,Terry ,Candy Ass Thomas and about 8 more to express my outrage on the way my Tax dollars are being spent. Barnes will be put back in his position since he is the only one that could sove some of these open Homicides we have lingering in Phoenix.God when will these ppl get out of Dodge oops I meant phoenix......how can they even go out in Public? Heather is known and her bubbly hubby too and the circle of their "friends" is shrinking thank God.I want to Thank you Jeff for exposing this corrupt ,lying and philandering department especially the 4th Floor and they want the patrol officer on the street to expect respect when their leadership on the 4th floor are u7ndermining their status with the public.
