More Propaganda from The Phoenix Police Department and What We Know About Sergeant Drenth's Death

Propaganda: noun [prop-uh-gan-duh] : ideas, facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further one's cause or to damage an opposing cause; also : a public action having such an effect. Something Jack Harris and Phil Gordon do everyday in Phoenix, Arizona.


We’ll first start that we realize our biggest supporters and readers are current and former cops in the Phoenix area. We also hate to see anyone die while doing their job especially those patrolling our streets. But what really exasperates us are the actions of the Phoenix PD and Mayor Phil Gordon in this case, and the lies by chief of police and public safety idiot - Jack Harris.

So we will preface this BLOG posting.

We have received so many emails and calls about the Phoenix PD and the death of Phoenix police officer, Sergeant Sean Drenth. Early on our own sources informed us of the crime scene and how things just weren’t adding up. Placement of body, weapons, bullet trajectories, etc.

In a recent interview with Phoenix mayor Phil Gordon, Gordon said some things that were really off base and struck a nerve. First, during the interview he is stone cold and factual that “based on what he saw” a homicide had occurred with a “horrendous struggle.” Kari Lake of FOX News gets mayor Phil Gordon lying and really puts him on the spot. It’s unfortunately every news agency in the valley doesn’t do this to Phil Gordon.

So here’s what we are thinking:

1) Why is mayor Phil Gordon, the mayor of the 5th largest city in the US - literally crying in an interview about his home being robbed of a computer, but shows little emotion when a cop is killed? Is it the Oxycontin?

2) Why is mayor Phil Gordon saying with so much affirmation, that a homicide occurred? How does he know this when all the evidence is showing otherwise?

3) Why is it horrible for any of us tax paying citizens, to suggest anything other than a homicide occurred? The article states: "Every uninformed guess or passed-along rumor about this investigation does a huge disservice to a man who served his city well for 12 years and died a hero," Gordon said in a written statement. "I hope this speculation stops immediately."

The truth of the matter is one of two things happened:

Either Officer Drenth killed himself
or
Officer Drenth was killed.

That’s not a hard concept to grasp but we wonder why the administration (4th floor) in Phoenix PD and city management are so baffled and upset that smart citizens arrive at this conclusion?  Why is the talk of suicide of a cop - a topic we can’t discuss or even consider - and is now considered a disservice to him?

Isn’t suicide among cops - right up there with alcoholism, divorce, mustaches and getting one’s ass kicked in high school? And we should all feel better that our good pill popping mayor has turned himself in McGruff the crime dog as he so adamantly states that a struggle occurred and that this is a homicide?

So it is more important to cover up the simple fact that a suicide may have occurred, and put our city in panic that a cop killer is potentially on the loose among 2 million people? 

Does mayor Phil Gordon have the interest of nearly 2 million citizens in mind - or the personal  interest of Jack Harris, himself and the 4th floor? 

We think we already know this answer.

The truth of the matter is that no evidence supports a homicide and this looks like a staged suicide by officer Sean Drenth or if you read the comments on this Blog posting - another cop may have killed Officer Drenth.  It’s all wishful thinking on the part of the corrupt administration in the Phoenix PD to think otherwise.

His shotgun was found on his chest with his head nearly blown off from under his chin. His service revolver on the other side of a fence with his uniform covered in dirt to show signs of a struggle, or so says our sources in Phoenix Homicide.  His GPS was turned off. There was no reason for officer Drench to be outside of his car and standard operating procedure (SOP) is to always call for backup at the first hint of trouble – not to turn off one's GPS. He was neither writing a report in his vehicle nor responding to an emergency call.  There was no other reason for him to be there except for surreptitious means. 

Every cop and everyone with a police scanner are telling us this was called in as a 901XRAY – that’s cop code for suicide. There is going to be some explaining to do when his service pistol comes back, absent of DNA. Then what will Jack and the 4th floor tell us? That is was Mark Goudeau or we have some bizarre cop killer in Phoenix who has no DNA?

So each of you are asking…Why?

Why the cover up by the Phoenix PD and why would a distinguished officer kill himself?

For the later question we may never know. Officer Drenth recently bought a Camaro. Could it have been financial problems? Problems at home? Problems at work? That is now with officer Drenth and God to discuss and work through.  Whatever the reason, we will bet you all a set of Polombo nameplates that Drenth's wife and the mother know the reason or have a very good idea.

Suicide Stats Are Climbing

Coincidence or Devine Providence?

For the former question – we have a fairly solid reason why the Phoenix PD and Phoenix management are covering this up. A little snippet that is overlooked is that Officer Drenth was recently transferred into this position from Squaw Peak.

Folks – Officer Drenth was transferred against his will to work South Mountain, from Squaw Peak.

Unfortunately he’s dead so he can’t verify this but many folks reading this and who worked with him knew this. He didn’t want to go to South Mountain from Squaw Peak.  Ask any honest cop who knew him in the Phoenix PD.

Think about it…who would one want to go work South Mountain with all its problems after working Squaw Peak?  The commander of South Mountain (Chris Crockett) has more Domestic Violence calls against him then Murray Andy Anderson, with the latest occurring 3 days after he became commander of South Mountain (the Phoenix PD are trying to hide this from all of us too!) So a 13 year veteran like Drenth gets “promoted” to work a late shift in South Mountain to go work for a commander like Crockett who beats and intimidates woman - with something like 9 kids and 5 wives?  C'mon!

It makes no sense - and the Phoenix police do not want any of us to know it, because they may have blood on their hands. It’s Jack Harris’ style of management - transfer people against their will, regardless of what they want and complete fuck with their lives – which may now include killing them - then cover everything up and force everyone to look the other way and lie, threatening them with their jobs and careers.

Here’s were this story is going to get really interesting.

There is a funeral planned on Monday at Christ Church of the Valley, right near to where officer Drenth lived at 67th and Happy Valley Rd. This funeral will block traffic all down the 101 and have all the dignataries attending.  It will be a packed house.  Little Louie Tovar is pressing his dress blues for the color guard.

There is a $200,000 death benefit paid by the Federal Government to his spouse among other things, and a full funeral with color guard for a decorated officer killed in the line of duty.

If this is a suicide, there would be no death benefit paid and no funeral.

Now what is worse – just telling the truth and saying this was a suicide or having a funeral, a cover up and putting the city on edge that a cop killer is on the loose?  Will the DPS officer who just committed suicide get a full funeral at CCV?

Well we all know how Jack Harris and mayor Phil Gordon are positioning this – putting their own best interest above that of citizens and why we label Jack Harris the single most corrupt individual our city has ever scene.  Phil Gordon continues to show his stupidity with his support of Jack Harris.

So here’s what’s going to happen – The Phoenix PD are going to denounce our claims as hateful, derogatory and disparaging to officer Drenth. We’ll further be labeled that “unaccredited grass roots site” that helps spread venom, lies, hate, disparaging statements and vitriolic messages against a good cop and his family, when in reality we know the truth and have some very good and reliable sources in the Phoenix PD who are willing to meet with us. 

Oh well…

An anonymous source in one of the articles stated that Phoenix police officers are upset that there hasn’t been more of a public outcry for a dead officer. The public reaction to Drenth's death has but almost nil.


However, the source says the command staff and patrol officers are "stunned" that there hasn't been a bigger public outcry in support of Drenth and the department. Funeral arrangements for Drenth are pending



Maybe most of us know what Jack Harris and the Phoenix PD already knows; that this wasn’t a murder and if it was it may have been a cop killing a cop.  Based on what’s going on in the city these days with the blatant corruption in Jack Harris' Phoenix PD, what else do they expect? A parade? Maybe if the Phoenix PD want an outcry for a dead cop, they should get rid of their chief of police - tar and feather this worthless public safety jackass fucktard, and drive him out of town in his new corvette.

On a final note, If you are a citizen out there and are thinking about calling the Phoenix PD to bite on their offer of $10,000 reward – we suggest you don’t.

It’s just a bad week for the Phoenix PD.

The media relations group must be working overtime! There’s Richard Chrisman killing a citizen, Officer Sutton Wohlman arrested for choking his girlfriend, Chris Crockett and his issues the Phoenix PD are trying to hide, problems with our vice mayor, and the breaking news this morning that Phoenix police Sergeant was found killed.

His name was Sergeant Sean Drenth, a 12 year veteran.

The officer is found dead – killed with a shotgun outside his squad car and his belongings scattered about. Jack Harris’ states, “We are doing everything to figure out what happened.” Sure you are Jack.  A Polombo was on the scene, so nothing is happening.  Give them the easy "no brainer" Jack.

In other news we have another out of control drunk cop who thinks its OK to choke his girlfriend or in the words of the Phoenix PD: Utilize gentle persuasion tactics commonly used by Murray Andy Anderson.

Dumb Drunk Cop Gets Arrested on DV Charge

After a night of drinking and “pulling a Steve Soha,” officer Sutton Wohlman was arrested for choking his girlfriend and resisting arrest. The cop on the call didn’t want Sutton Wohlman in trouble for taking a swing at him, but from the picture it appears Sutton Wohlman got a good well deserved ass kicking for being a drunk, power hungry punk. So it’s a felony when a citizen does it but when another cop does it we just try and sweep it under the carpet? WOW!


Officer Wohlman must follow the Murray Andy Anderson program of female intimidation that is taught at the academy. Someone needs to tell Wohlman, next time he just needs to hit her in the back of the head with a telephone book. It doesn’t leave a mark. Just ask Murray Andy Anderson!

And Jack Ass Harris’ response to the “South Mountain problem” was another stupid move on his part. He pulled a perfectly good white commander out and put a completely incompetent black commander in. We have blogged a few times about Chris Crockett – then a lieutenant and now a commander of South Mountain and all his sexually harassment and EEOC problems in the Phoenix PD. Chris Crockett’s complimentary comments of women, aren’t so complimentary and is known for having a “hands on” leadership style…if you know what we mean.

Well it turns out Chris’ problems continue as commander in South Mountain.

This past weekend he had a DV call out to his house (that’s Domestic Violence to us laymen) which the Phoenix PD are trying their best to keep quite, but sources close to us tell us Chris Crockett continues to be a big problem and liability in the Phoenix PD and just doesn’t know how to act appropriately around woman. So this newly appointed commander Chris Crockett who just had a cop in his precinct murder a citizen on a domestic violence call, has his own domestic violence issues? This only occurs in an organization run by a Jack Ass. Of course the Phoenix PD tried to keep this out of the news and hide it…up until now.  There's more coming out over the next few days on this one.  Stay tuned.

Now we didn’t go to those great schools that Jack Harris and the 4th floor did like Ottawa University, Western International, University of Phoenix or Remington School of cosmetology, but having Chris Crockett in South Phoenix is helping us….how? How is this good for the community? Does having a black face at the top of the org chart take precedence over competence? Couldn’t they have put an effective commander with a proven track record for turning things around like Tim Hampton with the great work he did in Maryvale? We hear Chris Crockett is pretty useless and one of those who grew through the ranks by sucking the sphincter of Jack Ass Harris and his corrupt assistant chiefs. Clearly with all of Crockett’s woman problems, he still gets promoted and is given greater responsibility. No one in the command structure of the Phoenix PD has concerns for Crockett's new domestic violence issues since they aren’t speaking about it and he hasn’t been fired. Make’s you wonder…no?

A dead cop, 2 domestic violence calls and a cop who kills citizens and plants evidence on them? I wonder if city council is regretting giving Jack Ass Harris $49,000 to cover his personal legal expenses? That’s probably not the case since some of the members of Phoenix city council are equally as inept and stupid as Chief Jack Ass Harris.

Let us introduce you to Phoenix’s vice mayor Michael Nowakowski. If anything happens to mayor Phil Gordon, this jack-off will take over and will help drive our city further into despair and ruin.

Does anyone out there know Vice Mayor Michael Nowakowski’s home was recently burglarized? First our crying sissy Mayor Phil Gordon is robbed and now vice mayor Michael Nowakowski? Don’t you like the way they keep this little tidbit to themselves and out of the news?

For those of you who don’t know vice mayor Michael Nowakowski, he was one of the members of city council who voted to give Jack Ass Harris $49,000 to cover his legal expenses. We think vice mayor Michael Nowakowski is fairly fucking ignorant – an absolute assclown in its truest sense.

But the real question everyone should be asking Nowakowski (besides why he doesn’t close his garage door) is: Why are you calling officer Sergio Virgillo on his cell phone – the cop who saw Richard Chrisman kill a citizen in cold blood? What are you hoping to gain by doing this and tampering with a witness? Yep…another little tidbit the Phoenix PD is trying to keep quiet.

Sources close to the situation say that both Phoenix vice mayor Michael Nowakowski and Michael Johnson (District 8 - the guy who was thrown on the ground by a cop) called the other officer who saw Richard Chrisman murder a citizen. Now why would these two dumb shits do this and on who’s authority?

What makes it funny is vice mayor Michael Nowakowski started speaking to officer Sergio Virgillo in Spanish, calling him a “brother” not knowing that Virgillo is Italian and doesn’t know a word of Spanish. Nowakowski and Johnson commented how proud they were that Virgillo came forward and how he shouldn’t let other cops get to him or beat him down. Nowakowski mentioned how close they were as neighbors and how they should visit each other’s home.

Virgillo thought – Why are these guys calling me? Why would I ever want to “hangout” with a dumb fuck like vice mayor Michael Nowakowski who can’t tell the difference (or didn’t even bother to learn the difference) between Italian and Spanish? If that were you, wouldn’t you at least pretend to be smart and find out if the Virgillo was a Mexican?

Can a vice mayor and a city councilman call a lead witness in a high profile murder case in their own city? How did they get a hold of his cell phone? What are they hoping to gain? This suggests a serious lack of judgment on the part of Nowakowski. If this is what a District 7 delegate thinks and believes is sound leadership and decision making, maybe its time to petition for a new council person in District 7!

We were told that officer Sergio Virgillo published a memo to his sergeant, memorializing the calls and we are hoping to get our hands on a copy.

So the Phoenix PD are trying to hide the fact that one cop hit another cop, that a newly appointed commander in South Mountain has some serious domestic violence issues and isn’t qualified to lead, that our vice mayor’s home was burglarized and that the same vice mayor is tampering with a witness in a murder case of a cop murdering an unarmed citizen.

What else do you think they are hiding or covering up?

Speaking of Assistant Chief Andy Anderson, rumor is this loser thinks he could be Maricopa County Sheriff. Andy-baby (is this what the female lieutenants call you?) was overheard telling a "CONFIDANT" that he has been discussing his interest as Maricopa County Sheriff once Sheriff Joe Arpaio is indicted by a grand jury.
Apparently, the strategy allegedly is Sheriff Andy get appointed then run as the incumbent…how convenient!

Lucky the other party didn't have a gun or Sheriff Andy could have been facing much more serious charges???

Potential employers: It is my understanding that Andy has been the subject of two Internal Affairs investigations regarding his inability to control his temper. Once involved his road rage incident, and the second involved his outburst at the PLEA office.

Do you want someone with this background working for your company or institution? Imagine how you will be looked upon by your superiors if Sheriff Andy goes off soon after you recommended hiring him! Nothing I’d want to be involved in! I'm sure he would be okay...but what if he wasn't??? Who would have ever thought he would go, in police uniform, to the officer's union (PLEA) and have it out with several community leaders resulting in his criminal trespass from the PLEA office? Is that what you want? Do you want
someone who cannot control themselves having an outburst with your boss?

Hey numnuts....don't use retired Sergeant Andy Hill to do your politicking or brown-nosing around the County Board of Supervisors for the Sheriff’s job. A man with your background and character will never, ever be given a job of any type of responsibility once they know your background. Not even that job at USAA Insurance or Central Arizona Project (CAP) Police Department. Yes, we have heard you have been bragging about getting these jobs as well! Don't talk shit about others who put in for these jobs in an attempt to make yourself look better. Besides, all these companies have to do is interview anyone above the rank of lieutenant to see what you really are...that is with the exception of Jack the Hack...he is your butt-buddy isn't he????

Then, if that isn’t enough, all they have to do is obtain your Internal Affairs file through a Public Records Request to see what you have been up to the past two years or so. I can’t think of a single employer who would risk having violence in the workplace with someone who has a temper, much less has recently exhibited a pattern of the same!

Sheriff Andy, you fucked with the wrong guy it seems. Think about who it could be. A lot of people on the list…isn’t there?

We came across this story where mayor Phil Gordon’s home was burglarized and all the perp took was his computer. It’s a good thing our good mayor has that $1M dollar plus, taxpayer sponsored, Phoenix police private security detail!   Looks like they’re doing a bang-up job protecting him!  

What's really funny is it appears mayor Phil Gordon is an early riser (4:30AM) and didn't notice anything was wrong until 2 hours later (6:30AM).  Gee that's EXACTLY the way he runs the city of Phoenix - what a coincidence!  Rome is burning...while Phil fiddles away...or in this case notices a draft while he drinks his coffee!

This poor woman calls the Phoenix police to teach her angry son a lesson and he ends up being shot and killed by Phoenix police officer, Richard Chrisman. The mother, Elvira Fernandez was quoted, “I made the wrong choice calling the police.”

Yes you did Ms. Fernandez, yes you did.

Lesson number one in Phoenix:
Do not call the police and never talk to them. Try to handle your problems on your own. Ms. Fernandez, one can only hope that the names “Polombo” or “Knott” or "Pina" aren’t tied to your case otherwise there will be a cover-up or a mistake in officer Chrisman’s favor.

Over the past few years we have witnessed the depraved behavior of the Phoenix PD.  A few months back a friend of BPC witnessed a crime and after speaking with us, they chose to walk away and never reported it. Our advice is to never call the cops, let alone allow them to interview you or allow yourself to be a witness to anything for them.

The crime our friend witnessed wasn’t anything horrific, but when they asked our advice if they should file a report as a witness, we told them “HELL NO!” Don’t waste your time dealing with Phoenix cops and run the risk of some power hungry assclown responding to a call or worse - putting a good honest cop's job in jeopardy.  This advice comes to us from cops - good cops on the Phoenix PD.  The only time we will speak to cops is when they give us dirt on shitbags like Jack Harris and all the Friends of Jack (FOJs).

The Phoenix PD simply can’t be trusted on any level with a corrupt, lying public safety manager like Jack Harris at its helm. If the leader is a lying double-dipping piece of trash, it will eventually infect those he manages. Now we’re not saying everyone under Jack is a piece of shit but most on the 4th floor, the asst. chiefs and those in any leadership position that are not petitioning for Jack Harris to be removed and/or requesting a consent decree on our city is a party to the lies and corruption.  This applies to everyone in the city manager's office, the Mayor's office and the Phoenix city council.

The line that strikes the most within this article and probably best sums up the attitude of a Police force under Jack Harris is this one: “Chrisman responded by holding his service weapon to the man's temple and stating that he didn't need a warrant…motherfucker”
And then there’s the dog ... he shot a barking puppy? Can we now do that in Phoenix if we hear dogs bark or is that power only given to dirty cops?

As things progress what the public will find is both officer Chrisman and officer Virgillo have less than stellar records and are not good honest cops.  At least one of them was on the BRADY list - a list where lying dirty cops can't testify.  What most cops can't quite figure out is why Virgillo - a dirty cop himself who's background will immediately exclude him as a star witness - would not cover for Chrisman.  And why did Virgillo's conscience decide to kick-in a full 5 hours after the incident occured? Is the Thin Blue Line broken among dirty cops? Maybe Chrisman had dirt on Virgillo and this is Virgillo's way of getting back?  Only time will tell.

We have blogged numerous times on this issue of cops often thinking they are above the law, going so far as to demand it be a felony for any type of assault against them! That is sort of ironic since they choose this job and want their lives specialized above the people they are sworn to protect???!!

It’s pure insanity and we can only hope the worst for officer Richard Chrisman.

And for those of you saying BRADY list veteran Chrisman is innocent until proven guilty, well then what would you say to Ms. Elvira Fernandez?

Should we ask if she has an extra bicycle for sale or a trailer for rent? Since Danny was supporting his mom, will the Phoenix PD or any of the unions augment her lost income?

We already see the interviews on TV of fellow cops towing the Blue Line with hypocritical statements like, "everyone is innocent until proven guilty," but these cops are the first ones to pounce and call the media when they arrest the likes of Mark Goudeau, good cops or bloggers who are critical of them. 

Funny how when it's one of their own they say we shouldn't jump to conclusions. 

If the roles were reversed and Danny Rodriquez killed Chrisman, we would see all the political leaders assembling on the bandwagon at Christ Church of the Valley for the big procession (at tax payer expense - mind you) and crying about another dead officer and how we should support the Chrisman family through car washes and other charities.  Rodriquez would have already been arraigned and charge with a capital murder and bail would have been set at $5 million dollars. Phoenix city mayor Phil Gordon would be petitioning Washington DC with a bottle of oxycontin in his pocket and his whore home-wrecking girlfriend at his side, chiding, "Mexican mafia," "better border control," and, "Phoenix is the kidnapping capital of the world."

The Phoenix police need to think long and hard about cops murdering citizens.  As long as Jack Harris is leading the Phoenix police department, things are only going to get worse.

There's a war being raged in Phoenix and it's not against Mexican cartels or whatever else the Phoenix PD wants you to believe. Unfortunately this is one citizens can't afford to sit out.  It's not going to end unless Jack Harris, the FOJs and most of the 4th floor are indicted, arrested and suppressed by an outside federal agency.  Don't come crying to us when folks in South Phoenix start suppressing cops using officer Richard Chrisman's method.

Now and again we come across some great stuff that just underscores stupidity, malfeasance and misspending of tax payer dollars.

One thing we will never understand is why cops who are hell-bent on protecting their addresses and their families and want to appear invulnerable and impenetrable, will publish their lives on sites like FaceBook and MySpace. They just don’t take the time to set their security settings and they don’t think they are accountable to anyone. It makes us want to start a sister site called dumbphoenixcops.

The following was published on FaceBook on an unnamed cop’s profile.  What makes this both funny and sad at the same time is it appears that the postings and comments from other cops came while working on city time. 

We as tax payers are not only paying for this educational session they are in (which according to them appears to be a pointless and worthless training, hosted by the FBI), but we are paying for the commentary, the Blackberry’s and the photos.  Our city is broke and we pay for this along with chief Jack Ass Harris’ legal bills?  Thanks City Council!

We won’t divulge the cop who owns this page.  We hear he isn’t ½ bad and hopefully some smart friends will advise him that he almost had his career come to a grinding halt, owes us a favor and will learn to lock down his FaceBook page.  

It’s truly amazing how these cops can badmouth the FBI and get away with it, until we Blog about it!  Imagine what would happen if you were in a training session and were texting and joking about your trainer, and your boss caught you.  How about if you feel asleep?  What would happen to those of us who are not public servants?  Think we would get fired or reprimanded? 
Probably.
But wasting tax-payer dollars is a common occurence in the Phoenix police department.  It's almost expected at this point.

Dear Sir or Madam:

My name is {insert your name}. I am a natural born citizen of the United States and currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona. I have uncovered and would like to bring to your attention a violation in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, sec 1553 which occurred in Phoenix, Arizona between the dates of October 1, 2009 and September 11, 2010 and is currently unending.

The Whistleblower in need of protection is Phoenix police officer Phil Roberts (badge #4520) and the retaliation is stemming from mayor Phil Gordon, city of Phoenix and Phoenix public safety manager, Jack Harris - along with many others in the Phoenix police department command structure.

I want to go on record that I am not a relative of; or tied to Phoenix police officer Phil Roberts. I am a U.S. citizen who has read numerous memos authored by officer Roberts over the past year and have personally experienced retaliation, threats and the mendacious behavior of mayor Phil Gordon and Phoenix public safety manager Jack Harris. I am best described as an outspoken critic of Gordon, Harris, and in part, the command structure of the Phoenix police department. I am outraged at the retaliation exerted upon officer Phil Roberts for simply trying to do what is right, what is a component of his job description and the mandate and charter of the Phoenix police department and our public safety manager Jack Harris.

Section 1553 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 is exceptionally clear when it grants whistleblower protection for the following:

Sec. 1553. Protecting State and Local Government and Contract Whistleblowers
(a) Prohibition of Reprisals - An employee of any non-Federal employer receiving covered funds may not be discharged, demoted or otherwise discriminated against as a reprisal for disclosing, including a disclosure made in the ordinary course of an employees duties, to the Board, an inspector general, the Comptroller General, a member of Congress, a State of Federal regulatory or law enforcement agency, a person with supervisory authority over an employee (or such other person working for the employer who has the authority to investigate, discover, or terminate misconduct), a court or grand jury, the head of a Federal agency, or their representatives, information that the employee reasonably believe is evidence of-


1. gross mismanagement of an agency contract or grant relating to covered funds;
2. a gross waste of covered funds;
3. a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety related to the implementation or use of covered funds;
4. an abuse of authority related to the implementation or use of covered funds; or
5. a violation of law, rule, or regulation related to an agency contract (including the competition for or negotiation of a contract) or grant, awarded or issued relating to covered funds.

Over the past year, beginning in the Fall of 2009, I have seen and read twenty-plus memos authored by officer Roberts of the Phoenix police department citing gross negligence in testimony before Congress, cover ups of investigations and Felony crimes committed by fellow police officers and a danger to public health or safety. These memos have been sent to numerous individuals in Phoenix city management.

The following individuals should be part of your investigation; as they knew about defrauding the Federal government and did nothing to stop it, were a party to the retaliation and cover up and have taken no action to investigate it, or were sent memos by officer Roberts requesting an investigation or Whistleblower protection and they have disregarded him:

The city of Phoenix Integrity Committee
Phoenix city Council Members (all eight members and their staff)
Phoenix city manager, David Cavasos
Assistant city manager, Edward Zuercher
Phoenix city mayor, Phil Gordon
Phoenix city public safety manager, Jack A. Harris
Phoenix police Professional Standards Bureau (AKA Internal Affairs)
Phoenix police lieutenant Linda Meraz, Professional Standards Bureau
Phoenix police commander David Faulkner
Phoenix police officer Tommy Thompson
Phoenix police assistant chief Murray “Andy” Anderson
Phoenix police assistant chief Jim Pina
Phoenix police lieutenant Laurel “Lauri” Burgett
Numerous other officers in the Phoenix command structure, to come at a later date, directly from officer Phil Roberts.

This has also been brought to the attention of:

Marquita Beene, City of Phoenix EOD Investigator
Terry Goddard and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office – Phoenix, Arizona
The United States Department of Labor
United States Senator John McCain – Arizona
Dennis Burke – US Attorney for the State of Arizona

The basis for officer Robert’s complaint is simple. During mayor Phil Gordon and Phoenix city public safety manager Jack Harris’ testimony before Congress to obtain Federal dollars under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, they were less than truthful about the kidnapping statistics in Phoenix, Arizona and were possibly off in their assessment by 90%. Phoenix, Arizona has been labeled, “The kidnapping capital of the world behind Mexico City” with the far-fetched statistics claiming 358 kidnappings occurring in 2008 alone.

Officer Phil Robert’s would know better then anyone if these numbers were inflated or grossly misrepresented. Officer Roberts served as the co-supervisor in HIKE (High Invasion Kidnapping Enforcement) and was the most senior sergeant in the group, and the one with the most successful kidnapping rescues. Officer Roberts has received over seventy-five commendations for police work; including field officer trainer of the year, and twice the department’s medal of merit for bravery. He was also promoted to police sergeant and took a promotion into the robbery unit in 2000 and 2006, respectively. Officer Roberts has twenty-four years of experience with a spotless record up until a year ago and is now being discredited and under-minded for bringing forward corruption and malfeasances with these kidnapping statistics.

There are seven different kidnapping offenses in Title 13 (Arizona Criminal Statutes).

1. Kidnapping (13-1304),
A. Unlawful imprisonment (13-1303)
B. Custodial interference (13-1302)
C. Trafficking of persons (13-1308)
D. Access interference (13-1305)
E. Unlawfully obtaining labor or services (13-1306)
F. Sex trafficking (13-1307)

The main focus of the HIKE squad was to deal with KIDNAPPING (13-1304.) The current allegation by officer Roberts is that the Phoenix police department, consistent with Mayor Gordon's comments, included all the other types of kidnappings and thus the kidnapping numbers became inflated. Mayor Phil Gordon and the Phoenix police department media relations group communicated that all kidnappings are the same when in reality they are not. There is a distinction and (by way of example) Access Interference (13-1305) in a child custody issue would not make Phoenix, Arizona the kidnapping capital of the world behind Mexico City.

The National Crime Information Center’s (NCIC) missing person file was implemented in 1975. According to the NCIC in 2007 there were 518 records entered as Abducted by a Stranger in the entire United States, yet somehow just one year later according to mayor Phil Gordon and public safety manager Jack Harris, Phoenix Arizona alone had 358 kidnappings!

Phoenix mayor Phil Gordon in his testimony before Congress at the Senate Subcommittee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs states,

“People are being tortured. People are being kidnapped. Almost every night, Phoenix police will get one or more calls, with variations…my wife is being held in a Phoenix drop house and they say they will torture and kill her if we don't pay them thousands of dollars.' The response to that kind of call is incredibly labor intensive.”

While this depiction may be true and does happen on occasion, through my extensive interviews with Phoenix police officers (and also confirmed though officer Phil Robert’s memos), this simply is not the case and does not happen each evening in Phoenix, Arizona and barely happens bimonthly.

Officer Phil Roberts is currently on stress leave for the second time. Each time he returns to work, they want to investigate him for his disobedience in discrediting mayor Phil Gordon and public safety manager, Jack Harris. Both Mayor Phil Gordon and public safety manager Jack Harris have already demoted officer Roberts to a Patrol position against his will, and are trying to Loudermil him, discipline him and ultimately terminate him for misconduct in bringing these counterfeit statistics to light.

The sole reason these statistics were presented to Congress was to illegitimately and illegally obtain Federal dollars under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, and to bring those dollars to Arizona where Phoenix mayor Phil Gordon and public safety manager Jack Harris would receive credit on these dollars and relish in the accolades for political gain. It is my belief and understanding that Phoenix mayor Phil Gordon and public safety manager Jack Harris purposefully lied before Congress with aforethought of malice and ill will. By my summation, officer Robert’s HIKE squad alone received an estimated $1.7 million dollars of this stimulus money.

The population of Phoenix, Arizona in 2008 is recorded as 1,567,924. No citizen thinks 1 out of 4380 people was kidnapped in 2008; nor do they believe there were 258, 158 or 58 kidnappings that year. We believe no one will initiate an investigation because the lies and corruption are so unbridled and so unfathomable, what your investigation might unearth will require Federal involvement to correct the city of Phoenix with a consent decree.

If we cannot trust a twenty-five year veteran of the Phoenix police department with an impeccable record to bring forward such discrepancies, fraud, and malfeasance conducted within the leadership of Phoenix government, then who can we trust? Who are we to turn to? Who will have oversight on this?

In June of 2006, (memo enclosed) the Phoenix police union (AZPLEA) confronted public safety manager Jack Harris on his unique and one-sided investigations. Jack Harris told them, “I’m not going to allow PLEA and citizens to say when and how investigations are done” PLEA noted that, “Sadly his [Harris’] disregard of citizens and employees in the investigatory process contradicts his priorities.” Simply put, Phoenix public safety manager Jack Harris investigates who he wants, when he wants, feels accountable to no one (not even citizens) and the Union noted we are all “ill served” by having Jack Harris leading the Phoenix Police department. Unfortunately, officer Roberts is experiencing this first hand as many have before him.

As a citizen of Phoenix and of the United States of America, I have witnessed and experienced Jack Harris’ retaliation and corruption for four years. Now it has reached Washington, DC and touches over 300 million Americans. Jack Harris along with mayor Phil Gordon have defrauded every citizen in the United States and have unlawfully obtained monies with half–truths and innuendo. They knew these statistics were wrong but presented them anyway and labeled us erroneously the kidnapping capital of the world, when we are indeed not. Phoenix public safety manager Jack Harris has shown not only to be deceitful, but fraudulent and retaliatory, and one who cannot be trusted. I am sure history will show Jack Harris to be the most reprehensible assistant city manager the city of Phoenix has ever seen.

I would like to request a formal investigation into the retaliation against officer Phil Roberts under Section 1553 (WhistleBlower Protection) under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

I understand the inspector general reserves the right not to conduct or continue any investigation under Section 1553, but as required by law, such inactions on your part must be presented to Congress. Under section 4 (A) I will request the investigation file in accordance with section 552a of title 5 of the United States Code.

For your review, I have enclosed several copies of officers Phil Robert’s memos. We have published many of these online for the world to see and I am able to provide you website links.

Website Analytics – BadPhoenixCops Blog. Far From Circling the Drain, Bigger Then PPSLA and a Lot More Funny!

We have mentioned in previous posts, we run Analytics on our site. This means we track how many "hits" (people visiting the sites) we get and where those hits come from. Most websites check their metrics so we thought it would be interesting to share some of our stats, since we are asked quite often. We can see things like which Internet Browsers you are using to reach us (the most popular are Internet Explorer and FireFox) which pages are most popular and how long the average visit is per page - just to name a few.

We average about 6,000-7,000 website hits in any 30 day period. During the time of the illegal raid and bogus search warrants from the effeminate judge Gary Donahoe, we had as many as 50,000 hits daily which increased our bandwidth quite a bit and ranked us #3 on Drudge Report. Of these roughly 6,000 hits, 4,500 of them are repeat visitors and 1,500 of them are “new” unique visitors.

So far in 2010 (as of Aug-2010), we had had almost 40,000 visits to our blog alone. Since the website was created in April of 2008, (… or August, 2008 if you ask Detective, Theron Quaas and according to his Grand Jury testimony…this is lie number 2) Well over ½ a million people have viewed our site.

This means if we make bold statements like, “We think Commander Benny Pina is so ginormous that when he's on a dance floor, the band skips" or "We hear Sergeant Mike Polombo dyes his hair and carries around pictures of Dave Barnes and Karen Vance in his man breast pocket" or "Detective Theron Quaas smells like Noodles" - then 6,000 people per month will read these statements. They are able under the First Amendment to provide commentary or their own consenting or opposing opinion on these public servant.

Childhood Proactiv candidate Andy Anderson has called us an, “Unaccredited grass-roots Website.” Mike Polombo is his latest untruthful diatribe states, “We were not enough of a mainstream website” for him to call everyone to remove videos and/or audios that he made and we bought.

Oh really? 

We know our site isn’t exactly the Huffington Post or CNN but these stats are not too shabby for an unaccredited website and one that isn’t mainstream.  We'll bet we get more hits then Mark Hafkey the halfwit-dumbshit and his PPSLA website, and are probably way more entertaining!

Another aspect of the Analytics is we can also see which networks are our biggest visitors. They refer to these as "Service Providers." The top Service Providers on our site come from ISPs like Cox, Qwest, Comcast, Roadrunner, Charter Communications and Verizon. These represent the companies from which you (consumers) buy your home Internet service.

What we find fascinating are the other ISPs that fall within the top categories. These ISP are corporate ISPs that have their own network. These ISPs should not go unnoticed as organizations that actively read and watch our Blog. We pride ourselves on an impressive list which includes the likes of:

City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona State Government, City of Tempe, City of Los Angeles, City of Glendale, City of Chandler, City of Mesa, United States Department of Justice, State of Arizona Supreme Court and the FBI, to name a few.

We are still awaiting an answer from Andy Anderson to see who accredidates websites and if we aren’t mainstream, then why is Mike Polombo crying like a dumb-JerseyShore-gumba about Mexican mafia hits on such a piss ant website?  

We must be doing something right to attract all these repeat (and extremely loyal) visitors, the unique new visitors, and such names as the US Department of Justice and the AZ Supreme Courts. And for the record, we didn’t see any Mexican Mafia ISPs or anything from Latin America, but I’m sure that mysterious “informant” can’t be wrong.

Maybe we should put our Website and Blog up for Sale?

We think enough of Jack Ass Harris’ pals can band together their DROP money . Suffice to say - you will have a captive audience to publish whatever you wish – including humorous fat-ass comments about Benny Pina and the size of his uniform!

We've been up now for 27 months.  We think $100,000 for every month would be a good price.
