Last week, chief Jack Ass Harris took a trip with taxpayer money along with lieutenant Lauri Burgett to London to discuss our crime stats and how they are now lower, due to his effective work in suppressing crime. HA! Well it looks like Jack has some other issues now.
We received this document initially published by Rusty Stuart and his counsel, Jess Lorona. In it officer Rusty Stuart explains many things, including the retaliation against him for working on the Baseline Murders, the cover ups, the hiding of evidence, how he is now working with the Goudeau defense team, and just how far chief Jack Ass Harris and his marauding band of thug cops will go to lie.
Uh-Oh.

Dear God I hope none of this is true. Incarcerating an innocent man
must be one of the worst crimes a person could ever commit.
I saw PPD Commander Chuck Miiller on television last night claiming
the department is not corrupt. Then I read this letter that was
written months ago and seems to have been covered up or thrown away
by investigators. When will someone do something with this
organization? Just covering this up is a perfect description of
police corruption!
To make matters worse, Commander Miiller should not even be a
police officer. He was demoted back in 1996 after lying to
Lieutenant DeBenedetto about having an affair with a female officer
on his squad; Audra M.
Commander Miiller was a sergeant at the time married to another
woman. Lieutenant DeBenedetto heard of rumors about Miiller having
an affair with Officer Audra M. so he interviewed him. Miiller was
untruthful and denied having the affair. A short time later Miiller
called Lieutenant DeBenedetto and admitted to lying and actually
having an affair as he was accused.
Instead of being fired like so many others for lying, Miiller was
only demoted back to officer and then promoted again the following
year. Now he is a the department's spokesman regarding allegations
of department wide corruption. How can we be sure he is telling the
truth now?
Shortly thereafter, Miiller's wife divorced him and he married
another police officer. This police officer suddenly shot through
the ranks to lieutenant even though she had zero experience in
police work or specialty assignments. Then, she becomes commander
of the air unit and gets busted for purchasing alcohol while on
duty and allowing the pilots and others to drink on duty. Does she
get transferred? Nope!
Commander Miiller is a very nice person but should not be a police
officer. AZPOST does not allow lying officers to remain certified.
How did this fall through the cracks?

As a citizen I am appaled. How can this type of cover up be allowed
to occur in a department in such turmoil? How does Chief Harris
survive? Why isnt anyone holding the Executive Staff accountable?
