Way-to-go AZ PLEA and Mark Spencer!
Mr. Mattox had an amazing opportunity to take a stand and make a difference, but all he showed is that he is just another City of Phoenix AssClown who can't think or make a decision. AZPLEA has since had their attorney file a complaint that Mr. Mattox is not adhering to the open meeting laws in Arizona.

We have stated all along that Jack Harris is inept, dishonest and just plain wrong.
We might add that he is unqualified to lead, arrogant, lazy and protects his buddy’s like the drunken Lieutenant Steve Soha (#4952), the racist Sergeant Mike Polombo (#4696) and the infamous porn connoisseur and now retired king-of-porn, Sergeant Ron Snodgrass.
AZPLEA represents over 2,600 “rank and file” officers in the Phoenix Police Department and attended a Public Safety subcommittee meeting on April 28th to demand we hire a real Chief of Police. Unfortunately Committee Chair Claude Mattox stated that PLEA's concerns centered around personnel issues which would have to be taken up directly with City Manager Frank Fairbanks – violating Arizona’s open meeting laws. Well, the next day PLEA did try to meet with Frank Fairbanks and after waiting for several hours, Frank was a no-show.

We must publicly commend Mark Spencer and the rest of PLEA for speaking out and fighting the Public Safety Manager Jack Ass.

Keep it in your safe deposit box and place those important documents and data with your neighbors. You may also call our attorney Jess Lorona to represent you as many others in the Phoenix Police Department are currently doing, to handle all the upcoming 1st and 4th Amendment violations. We hear that some 4/5 people have “signed on” with Mr. Lorona, all related to this case.
We might also add that our Blogger Jeff has met with the ACLU and they will be helping him and Mr. Lorona in their case against the City of Phoenix, the Phoenix PD, Phil Gordon and Jack Harris. It's going to be a costly and very public fireworks show for sure!
It would be an interesting paradox to call for the raid on the leadership (PLEA) who speak for 2,600 officers in the Police Union…and then have those same officers carry out a raid…

It is time for the union members to have a vote of "no confidence" on harris. Let's see what the membership thinks!
