Benny Pina (#5092) is the Commander of the Cactus Park Precinct (referred to as "900" in cop lingo) in Phoenix – this is the area of town where the search warrants were served on officer Dave Barnes and our Blogger Jeff.If you remember from our previous Blogs, Benny Pina was also formerly the lieutenant in charge of the Violent Crimes Unit and managed the racist sergeant Mike Polombo (#4696) during the Baseline Killer/Mark Goudeau investigation. During this same time, Mike Polombo began has infamous affair with his subordinate – and now wife - Heather Polombo who wears shades of lipstick only found at the base of a penis. We also mentioned how Benny Pina never wrote-up or reprimanded Mike for bumping uglies with his (then) subordinate Heather, because Benny himself was having his own affair with his own subordinate, Ms. Finlay.
Well it appears that Benny was ordered by Chief Jack "Ass" Harris to be a "Spin Doctor" to all the officers in 900, by attending all the Briefings and lying to them. Benny is telling the officers that, “the search warrants are based solely on the Baseline murder investigation” and it was all about “A homicide detective involved in the Baseline murder investigation.”

Benny it is fairly apparent that “the detective” you are referring to is Dave Barnes – an outspoken critic of the Crime Lab and Potato Head Polombo. Your feeble attempts to discredit Dave Barnes are futile. Dave worked in 900 and his best supporters are the folks in 900.

Are you really trying to tell the officers in 900 that the data posted here and the data in the media on the Baseline Killer/Mark Goudeau is false and that the allegations of racism are false?

The City of Phoenix, The County Attorney’s Office and members of the Phoenix PD have purposefully and maliciously withheld evidence in the largest murder case in Phoenix history. This is an impeachable offense for our County Attorney Andrew Thomas if he was directly or indirectly involved (and we think he is). Right now they are all trying to inventory how many copies of the Rusty’s TWS report (the report that shows another suspect should have been investigated), are floating around and how these copies got to the news media, and ultimately Goudeau’s attorney.
Now one would think that rather than trying to figure who let the cat-out-of-the-bag, one might worry more about who put the cat in the bag?
It’s called CYA and shows corruption at its highest level in Phoenix.
All the book deals are diminishing and they are all scrambling to save their jobs and ensure they got their stories (lies) in order.

Typically in an organization like PPD, it’s the trickledown effect that shapes the workforce. Obviously BPC, what you post about Jack Harris is true since PPD seems to be rampant with corruption and racism, with only a handful of good people. PPD seems like the walking dead - zombies - they move like really slow and dumb monsters, but they’re out of control and no one seems to be able to stop them. Eating (or doing unlawful home searches) whoever gets in their way.

Obviously, at this time you have had the opportunity to read the search warrant affidavit and what is their reason for requesting the S/W? If Harris is having his commanders attend briefings then the S/W is no longer a sealed document as was reported a few weeks ago. Please share that information with us, we would like to know.

Benny Pina is trying to "spin" this very bad situation with the cops in 900. That's all. With what little information is out there, he is using innuendo to relay that Dave Barnes did something, wicked and evil in the Baseline murder investigation, when the real wicked one is the racist Mike Polombo and Benny Pina.

About Benny-- He used to be buddies and roomates (I think) with Keith Abney-- They worked Desert Horizon Precinct together- Abney had a classic case of little big man syndrome. I remember one time he (Abney) was on a call in the slope when some girls at the pool of an apt. complex made some comments about how he was so small how could he be a cop? Abney did what any completely sane and on-duty in uniform cop would do---- Get down and throw out some manly push-ups.
Abney was dating this REALLY hot chick- They broke up for whatever reason. Anyway, Pina waits a respectable amount of time and thens hooks up with little miss former g-friend of his best-friend and marries her. They know it’s much harder to overturn a conviction, even with all of the cover ups they’re involved. It’s much, much, much better for the defense to have all these dirty facts to present to a jury.
And here’s a little bit of rumor – Douche prosecutor Cohen’s old man boyfriend, prosecutor William Clayton is now retiring end of May! Now that there’s heat, Clayton’s decided it’s time to get out of the kitchen. I have read the blogs for a long time and am always appalled by the more things I hear. Today it became personal.
A female friend of mine was shopping at a Phoenix Target this evening and caught a guy taking a picture up her skirt with his camera phone. She tried to get Target employees to help her and detain him but security let the guy go. When she insisted the police be called, as this is a Class 5 Felony in our lovely state, the police officer who arriveds exact quote was, "Well what's done is done, can't do much now".
After speaking to his Sergeant who told her it is not Phoenix PD's policy to "enforce a felony" if Target has a policy to release such a criminal, I wonder how some of Mark Goudeau's victim's families would have felt if the police simply didn't prosecute because the owner of the place where the crime took place simply didn't feel it was their policy to detain him if he had been caught there.
I ask anyone with children what if this was your child that was touched at a store? I am appalled by how many things are being brought to my attention everyday as to what is wrong with the Phoenix PD. Luckily my friend will be contacting a lawyer and needless to say I won't be shopping at Target anymore.

I know that can be hard to do, but it will be the only way to get the attention of the Mainstream Media (I wrote Anderson Cooper's staff about this site and they may have dismissed it as someone being petty).
Right now, it just looks like someone who is mad and getting revenge. You also have to know Jeff, that most likely everything you write on this blog will be used as some kind of evidence against you.

The PD could argue anything they wish in court, but what he writes or what is on this blog has nothing to do with "computer fraud" or "petty theft" What will their arguement be:

We have been told that after 120 days, the Phoenix police will have no choice but to release the affidavit. The countdown is 120 days from March 12 (date of the raid). We assume it is a true "120 days" and includes weekends. If any cop would like to comment, then please do.

I would really like the general public to know what goes on behind "closed doors" regarding the spending of money unnecessarily and the mistakes made in the Mark Goudeau case.
I think this would put pressure on them to quit acting like jerks and racists, reveal to the public the double-dipping going on by several people, etc.
People are losing their jobs at Maricopa County while these jerks are getting paid a salary that could go to a "true" employee.
