We have received so many calls on this latest topic and everyone has asked us to Blog about it. The latest news in Phoenix is that our inept and dishonest chief of police Jack Ass Harris can now add “lazy” to his descriptors. He resigned his position from the AZPOST in early April, on a count that, "he was too busy."Now Jack…we know you can’t manage and can’t lead a starving dog to a bowl of food, but other than raiding outspoken citizen’s homes, how do you spend your time each day? Is it those apartments you own in La Jolla? Is it polishing your 5th star? Maybe it's masturbating while looking at yourself in a mirror...or perhaps a picture of mayor Phil "Mr. Bean" Gordon?

In 1977, the statutes were revised to require one sheriff come from a county with a population exceeding 200,000 and one sheriff from a county with a population less than 200,000. Additionally, one police chief was to be from a city with a population exceeding 60,000 and one from a city with a population less than 60,000. In 1984, Board membership was expanded with the addition of the director of the Arizona Department of Corrections and an administrator of a county or municipal correctional facility."
So since Jack isn’t technically the “chief of police” and is the “public safety manager” we thought he couldn’t sit on the Board of AZPOST and should be replaced.

It appears Jack simply resigned because "he was too busy” and didn’t bother to tell anyone, violating his own Operations Order. Now there is no representation for the City of Phoenix (and for all the good cops) because wannabe chief Jack Ass Harris is "just too busy."
Unbelievable! We just can't make this stuff up. And one wonders why we refer to him as Assclown, JackAss and Fucktard?!!?

how nice that Councilwoman Thelda Williams has the b...s that are so sadly lacking in JackAssHarris. She "scolded" him? Translate to chewed his ass off for pissing away a seat at the AZ POST. I remember when our Dept. first became Post certified and
the importance of having a member on the Board.
Amazing that this non LEO understands the situation better than the "supposed" Chief of Police. What a disgrace for all that wear the Uniform from the PD's to the Sheriff Offices, to DPS, DOC and more Departments in this State. I used to be a very proud resident of Phoenix (Maricopa County) but am thinking of taking my happy retired Butt some place other than Phoenix. To tell someone you have retired from a Law Enforcement Agency in this County is lethal. Especially since it takes a certain degree of Incompetence to become CHIEF or Asst. Chief under Harris. Phoenix has sunk to a new LOW LEVEL. I do feel sorry for the good Officers within the Dept. and I know a few very good and honest Officers that I am proud to call friend ( both retired and on active Duty). Well Jeff maybe I will get my home raided and they (FOJ) will try to intimidate me but I guess I would be in good Company i.e you and Det. Barnes and the other that are sure to follow.
Keep up the good work and try and get the word out and clean up our Phoenix Police Department after all it is OUR Department and NOT Jack Harris's.
If you hate the cops so much, just come out with it and have the guts to call yourself "anarchist blog of Phoenix".
Otherwise if you hate Jack Harris so much, it makes not point to call him "jack ass... fucktard" or whatever empty inciting to violence phrase.
All you should be doing if you have a problem with specific people is post what they did with verifable evidence and say they should be charged or change their ways or whatever. Calling people fucktards and jackasses, etc only makes you look like a psycotic who is out to commit genocide on a bunch of police and trying to incite others to do so as well.
