A few years ago a Phoenix Police Commander was investigated and he supposedly lied throughout the investigation. The PSB Commander in charge of this investigation sustained the allegations of integrity violations and recommended that this untruthful Commander not pass go but be terminated. Then Chief Jack Harris and the PSB Chief overrode the decision of the PSB Investigators and the PSB Commander and changed the outcome to a not guilty verdict. Then the PSB Commander revealed his true heart and soul (I think some people refer to this as colors) and refused to stand up for the truth and rolled over like Beethoven and supported the deceitful lie. A$ a reward, this former P$B Commander was promoted to A$$istant Chief in the eleventh hour of his career.
This soiled dove former PSB Commander supposedly has since retired and become a Chief in a west valley agency. Perhaps his version of truth, justice and the American way needs to be spread throughout the valley like an STD.
The actual original untruthful Commander who was investigated in the first place, as the story goes, was plucked out of his work environment and whisked off to the safety of the City Manager's Office, the stables where they groom the alleged thoroughbreds for future promotion. Now the plot thickens as this Commander supposedly is now in charge of the Police Academy where they instruct new police recruits to have integrity. In the words of a pop song hit by Alanis Morissette from a few years ago, "Isn't it ironic?"
Are you speaking of Assistant Chief Bill Louis who is now the chief in El Mirage. I think you are!!!!!!!!!
Isn't it ironic that Louis and TJ Martin are close friends and spend much of their time at Hooters on Bell Road along with a few other Commanders???
