The Complete Spalla Memo - With Page 2 Redacted

Here's the complete 2 page memo. We redacted some personal information including emails, ISPs, family members, etc. We ran it by a few cops and they agreed we did the right thing...for now.

It will all come out along with the sealed affidavit, very soon.
