A Good Cop and a True Hero in the Phoenix Police Department – Rusty Stuart

When good cops do good things, we recognize it here. One day we will actually launch the URL http://www.goodphoenixcops.com/ and highlight all of them. But we can’t do that, otherwise Eric Edwards and his buddy Jack Harris will authorize illegal raids on their homes and believe they are sources to BadPhoenixCops.

Rusty Stuart is one of those good cops – cops we need to emulate. There’s no attitude, no hidden agenda, no dirty cover ups…just good, honest police work. He is charasmatic, warm and friendly, and is the epitomy of what we need more of in Phoenix.

Rusty received a “To Protect and Serve Award” a few weeks ago from the Indian School Corridor-Citywide Association. You may go to http://www.requiretheprior.org/ to read up about them, but they are trying to take back the streets from career misdemeanor criminals who harass customers, neighbors, employees and children within the Indian School Corridor which falls under the Squaw Peak Precinct. Career criminals like Terry Wayne Smith.

Rusty Stuart is best known as the officer who provided Phoenix Homicide with an alternative report, highlighting a different suspect in the Baseline Killer investigation, named Terry Wayne Smith. Naturally this report was ignored since officer Stuart is a mere Patrol officer, and therefore must be incompetent and ignorant, in the eyes of cowards like Alex Femenia and Mike Polombo.

Rusty Stuart was also one of “the other cops” whose home was going to be raided along with our blogger Jeff and Dave Barnes. (Hopefully you have taken protective measures for you and your family, Rusty. You should call attorney Jess Lorona to prep for when your 4th Amendment rights are violated. Back up your computers and hide everything with friends and family) Rusty’s report and subsequent binder were simply swept-under-the-rug by Alex Femenia and the rest of Homicide when they obtained their indictment against Mark Goudeau. This binder can be found at

You be the judge and see if you think what Rusty presented was important or not.

Rusty Stuart: Thanks for your hard work, your perseverance, your ability to make things right and for being one of the good cops. We are sorry to hear that you are allegedly on a list to have your family violated and your home raided by your boss chief Jack Harris, simply because you did your job. This all reminds us of a quote that Adolf Hitler…(or was it Jack Harris?)….stated many years ago:

"Bilden Sie die Lüge groß, bilden Sie sie einfach, Unterhalt-Sprechen es und schließlich glauben sie ihm"

Translated:

Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it and eventually they will believe it.”

We did notice that Jack Harris and all Asst. Chief's didn't show up to celebrate this award with you, but citizens did. There wasn't even a commander present. It goes to show that Jack and the chief's don't care about patrol officers and simply reside in their 4th floor ivory tower, planning illegal raids and investigating bogus claims like someone hacked into Heather Polombo's work computer and stole her nameplate.

Rusty, we need more like you, Tim Hampton, Dave Barnes and all the others out there trying to do a good job, under the Nazi regime of Jack Ass Harris.

Keep up the good work!

Another Great Cop - Tommy Romano (#9068)

Sometimes we get so down and discouraged; talking about all the negative, dirty rogue cops under Chief Jack Harris. It makes us feel so out of touch - Like good ol’ PR spokesman Andy Anderson and how he thinks cops are adequately equipped and scolds Mark Spencer for not doing more equipment requests.

It’s always nice to point out great cops and give credit where credit is due. I just had a great experience with Tommy Romano (#9068). He came out to my house, did a great job and was an all around great guy. It’s nice and refreshing to see guys like Tommy on the Phoenix PD. He called his Sergeant on the phone to verify something (sorry I didn’t catch his sergeants name, if someone has it please post it) and his Sergeant agreed with his decision.

Keep up the good work Tommy and don't lose your edge under Chief Jack Harris. You are truly a gem only after 1 year with the PPD. If you ever need us here at BPC for references, accolades or anything, then please let us know.

We are sorry to hear about your divorce too! We feel your pain brother! Thankfully you aren’t going through what we are, and yours will be an amicable split.
