Lieutenants like Williams can’t do the right thing and arrest a Dumbo acting police chief’s kid because it won’t bode well for the future promotion prospects.
No one wants to see their kid in jail, but reason enough to arrest her was the reaction from the ex-wife with the absurd statement, “Do you know who she is?” Chuck Williams could have made an even bolder statement, but cowered like the rest of the cops we blog about.
