Remember as a kid watching those old Zorro TV shows? Remember that fat stupid bumbling sergeant who Zorro always made a fool of and ultimately swiped a Z on his fat ass or stomach? In today’s Phoenix PD, this art is imitating life with commander Benny Pina. A fat useless POS who just needs to go and manage a landscaping business.

This just isn’t going to be a good week for Benny Pina. His wife Rose isn’t going to be too happy either once we get a hold of her and let her know, what we know.

Below are LINKS to our complaint letters we sent for number violations of Operations Orders by Benny “Gordo” Pina. The first one is Benny being caught walking up a hill with a young blonde female in Deems Park on December 9^th. The second is his usage of racial slurs against detective Terry Yahwey in a meeting recently.

Was this an approved workout for Benny? Was she a subordinate? Was she a civilian? Is she into fat dudes? Was this a work vehicle used for private measures? We have the same questions that demand an investigation into Benny Pina, by the city of Phoenix.

The second was what transpired in a meeting recently. Benny Pina loves using the word “nigger” and has lobed it in the past with racial slurs directed at Detective Terry Yahwey, a black officer with the PPD. Well he did it again, in a meeting with many Phoenix cops and with acting commander Joe Yahner present. It appears Benny hasn’t learned and the Phoenix PD hasn’t changed since chief Jack Ass left. That’s why we’re here and that’s why good cops tell us, and we inform you.

Let’s face facts. A quick review of Benny’s medical file will show a file as big as our blogger's balls. It will also show that his weight, matches his cholesterol level and his BMI is equal to the age of the blonde female we caught him snookering with on his walk.

Recently Commander Pina was in the news discussing how his precinct will adjust their hours to 13 hour work days over 3 days. The 3 day part is nothing new for Benny. It’s the 13 hours each day that will throw him for a loop. Is it possible that Commander Benny Pina can stay awake that long?

With Hostess filing for Bankruptcy, we’re not quite sure where Benny will get his sugar high to keep him alert at his own precinct to maintain his own 13 hour requirement? Will this be monitored so as to ensure Commander Pina doesn’t slip into a diabetic coma and lose a foot?

Have you ever had one of those moments when you call someone out on something, and they readily admit that you were right? It can be an exhilarating feeling and knowing that the person you thought was going to go on defense, ultimately agrees with you.

Now imagine this is the Phoenix PDs PSB unit (Internal Affairs) – the same group that is charged with investigating cops and holding them accountable. This group has just had every dumb assclown and misfit - from the stupid Stan Hoover to the lying Jeff Hynes leading it. Jeff Hynes was the former commander who was added to the BRADY list in 1996 for lying, yet he was given the opportunity to investigate the integrity of Phoenix cops. Now this lying bag a dick-cheese is retired, teaching at local colleges

The new PSB commander is Dave Harvey, a true moronic assclown who was caught in photos drinking on the job – but he too was given the opportunity to lead PSB. And one wonders why we call the acting chief Joe Yahner, city manager David Cavasos along with his bumbling assistant city manager Ed Zuercher, a bunch of spineless pussies?!!?

Below is an email no one was supposed to see. Yet again, we ask and we receive. Dave Harvey surely didn’t expect this to get posted to the Internet. It was sent in reply to Dave Adams when he questioned Harvey on the unfair and biased antics of PSB. Enjoy the read. Dear Sgt. Dave Adams, PPSLA Grievance Committee Chairman:

This email is in response to your two emails regarding our meeting a couple of weeks ago. Clearly you are frustrated.

Thank you and another PPSLA Rep for your tenacity to point out the imperfections of PSB. It seems through the IBR process, we have made some improvements in processes and communications involving PSB and PPSLA and PLEA. We also have spent an inordinate amount of time focusing on a minimal number of cases. I think in the past, there was not an open dialogue, and I feel communication is the key.

Bottom line with this investigation from 2009 - A Lieutenant noted that his sergeant had an inordinate amount of overtime and instituted processes to limit this sergeant's overtime. The sergeant began submitting alternative methods for overtime and an audit was conducted. This ultimately identified one of several overtime slips in question. When the sergeant was interviewed he was less than truthful and painted himself into a corner regarding this particular training date. Several other employees attended and were interviewed by PSB.

These interviews seem to be your focus. PSB had the interviews transcribed. I have read the reports and the transcripts. John has done the same. John and I met with you and through the discussion, I don’t believe that you ever articulated what you want.

Are the interviews perfect, no. Are there leading questions or investigators finishing answers, yes. I don’t know as the Commander for PSB for the last 11 months what you want for me to do. I will always accept opportunities for my folks to attend training to improve the professionalism and expertise of PSB. I feel that my investigators have their hearts in the right place. I feel that I am promoting an atmosphere of fairness and consistentcy.(sic)

Please, if there is something that I am missing, let me know. If it is your duty to point out that PSB "made mistakes" on this case. Duly noted. Or if it is to "I could go on and on with this type of performance in many investigations." Duly noted.

Yes, I too am frustrated.

All I can do as the current PSB Commander is keep the dialogue open, and insure that current and future cases under my watch, include PPSLA in the dialogue through the investigative process so that PSB and PPSLA and PLEA have a healthy working relationship.

Your statement, "PPSLA would ask that PSB remove the prosecutorial/defense relationship that exists and allow and encourage the interaction necessary for fair and consistent investigations."

This philosophy goes both ways. I promise to hold up my end and lets focus forward. This should give you a better idea "on how PPSLA can decide how to move forward."

Below is a caption from the article which points out that Phoenix PD Internal Affairs detectives conducted an audit on the Child Sex Crimes Scandal in the PPD.

"In September, an auditor from the Professional Standards Bureau found problems with a lot of investigations conducted by retired Phoenix Detective Alan MacIver. The questionable investigations prompted an audit of all of MacIver's cases that still fell within the statute of limitations, and could still be prosecuted.

While auditing MacIver's cases, a city auditor took a random sample of other cases in the department's child sex crimes unit and found several other cases -- from other investigators -- that didn't have the proper documentation on file, or may not have been handled correctly. Crump says the department determined that of the thousands of cases it reviewed -- dating as far back as 1999 -- hundreds of cases weren't handled correctly.

In September, when word of the mishandled cases fell in the lap of acting Phoenix police Chief Joe Yahner, he sought to fix the problem immediately. 'No excuses here, whatsoever," Yahner told a City Council subcommittee. "We have policies and processes in place that we didn't follow to the letter of the law and we should have.'"

Investigators pointed out the Sex Crimes Unit began botching cases as far back as 1999 (they actually went back to 1994; see below) Chief Joseph P. Yahner is quoted as saying, ""No excuses here, whatsoever," Yahner told a City Council subcommittee."We have policies and processes in place that we didn't follow to the letter of the law and we should have."

Why did you let Louie Tovar’s kid Adrian off on his sex crimes? Were you performing Case Management Reviews of your sergeants and detectives? You were required to do that and, if you had, you would have seen your detectives were not doing their jobs and all of these innocent victims would have been protected. Maybe you were too busy teaching your daughter how to speed away from the cops. Maybe you were too busy leaving your beloved and smoking hot wife? Maybe you were too busy polishing the badge of chief Jack Ass with a nice Jack Harris reach-around?

"CBS 5 has learned that one of detective MacIver's former supervisors is still with the Phoenix department. Investigators are looking into any role Sgt. Steve McClellan may have played in those botched cases, but to this point, no one has been disciplined."

Maybe this should have read:

"CBS 5 has learned that one of detective MacIver's ~~former~~ supervisors, POLICE CHIEF JOE YAHNER, is still with the Phoenix department. Investigators are looking into any role ~~Sgt. Steve McClellan~~ CHIEF YAHNER ~~may have~~ played in those botched cases, but to this point, ~~no one~~ CHIEF YAHNER has not been disciplined himself, nor told anyone about his role in this debacle, since he is the Chief and doesn't want to take a chance that his lack of supervision of the Sex Crimes Unit could interfere with his selection as permanent Police Chief."

Okay, this gets better. Here is a July 1, 2011, article Arizona Republic article on the debauchery.

Again, Yahner fails to mention he was in charge of the Sex Crimes Unit when these children's predators were never arrested for their crimes.

What Yahner should have said was:

"I am extremely concerned that I didn't do my job when I was in charge of the Sex Crimes Unit and am treating this matter with the utmost importance," Yahner wrote. "Crimes against children are some of the most heinous and disturbing crimes in our community, and protecting our children is one of the highest priorities for the Police Department. I am disappointed I failed to do my job, but hey, I am Police Chief so I am above this trivial bullshit. I’ve let Louie Tovar’s kid Adrian off and helped cover up how he molested children, why not a few more?

Here is proof that the Internal Affairs audit actually went back to 1994. We find it interesting that while the actual audit went back to 1994, Chief Yahner tells the media the audit went back to 1999. Maybe because he didn't want anyone to know he was in charge of the Sex Crimes Unit from 1996 to 1999?

Investigators are reviewing 2,500 cases, going back to 1994. And during that time -- police say he ended up molesting another girl."

Thelda Williams is PISSED About the Sex Crimes

"PHOENIX (KPHO) - A big report has been released from the city of Phoenix. It spells out what's wrong with the police department's child sex crimes unit and what needs to be done to fix it.

Now city leaders are sounding off. "You know, this almost makes me cry," said Phoenix Vice Mayor Thelda Williams. "First it was Mike Polombo's tight pants, and now this!"

Williams has been a huge advocate for change ever since the child sex crimes story broke. "It's unforgivable, absolutely unforgivable. There should be zero tolerance when it comes to a child sex crime," Williams said.

After reading the city audit of the Family Investigations Bureau, Williams said she's even more fired up. "Somebody's head should roll. More than one head should roll," she said.

According to the report, now retired Detective Alan MacIver didn't follow policy and procedures on 81 percent of his cases. That was back in 2007. "We were told two months ago that they were aware of it, they had done training and were fixing it. And now this," Williams said.

The report shows even now, only 55 percent of current cases were properly investigated.

"Thirty-nine cases still remain open. And show no evidence of investigation efforts for approximately one year," Williams read off the report. "OK, now that you've got me nauseated," she said. She said she's not just disturbed by the department's mistakes. "If you can't protect a child, what the hell are you doing on the police force?" she asked.

Williams is also upset at what this whole mess has done to the kids who didn't get the help they deserved. "It makes you sick to think what those kids must be, not only have gone through but are continuing to go through when you can't trust the ~~policeman~~ POLICE CHIEF, Joe Yahner," she said."

Hey Councilman Williams and Johnson, you now got your man! Are you going to follow up on your words and hold Yahner accountable? You may want to know BPC will be attending a future City Council meeting and demand you hold Yahner accountable like you said!

The best part is Executives in the PPD were so proud of Chief Yahner's supervisory abilities in the Sex Crimes Unit that they promoted him on August 16, 1999, and transferred him to the politically ideal job in the City Manager's Office. We are told the City Manager loved Yahner and this relationship had a lot to do with Yahner's rise to the top. We wonder what City Management would have thought back then if they knew that had a Commander who allowed child predators to run free in their beloved city?????

The police chief selection committe is reviewing all Phoenix cops who threw their hat in the ring for the Chief job. We sure hope they sees this blog. It tells the real story behind Chief Yahner and his rise to the top, in one of the worst police administrations in the country.

The winter weather has caused many of us to dust off the Uniform Jacket hanging in the closet and put it to good use. Some of us have had the same jacket for many years and may not be aware of some uniform changes that occured several years ago. Check your jacket and make sure you have the new cloth badge, it should resemble our new larger badge and appear light silver or light blue in color, If you have the small sparkly gold cloth badge send it to the Police Museum, you need a new cloth badge!

Also your name tag should be GOLD (yellow) lettering, not white. (and yes, everybody needs a name tag!)

Your jacket should also display your rank insignia! Stars on the shoulder epaulettes aka shoulders (single point facing up), bars on the collar, stripes on the sleeves!

Please check your jackets for these three details and thanks in advance for leading by example!

This may be a good time to have your uniformed Lt.s, Sgt.s and officers to do the same inspection. These badge and name tag standards apply to outer vests too! Thanks for your help in making sure we all look sharp!

When the Capitol police and other first responders were on the scene for Drenth’s mishap, it was called in as 901Xray (suicide). Everyone knew this was a suicide, except at the time Jack Harris didn’t want Drenth’s blood on his hands. Harris had recently launched another bogus investigation on cops taking pay for overtime, by either leaving jobs early or not showing up at all. In the past, any overtime mishaps simply had officers paying it back with a mere slap on the wrist.

Don’t believe us? Look what happened when two cackling worthless cunts named Tracy Montgomery and Sandy Renteria had a minor mis-accounting a few years back – when Jack Harris was an assistant chief and lead the investigation. All they did was pay the difference and get a slap on the wrist with no criminal indictments, news coverage and press releases.

Two Dumb Cunts And Their Overtime Investigation

But the Drenth case was different for chief Jack Ass and it was at a time when his integrity was being called into question. Jack Ass Harris was recently busted for lying about kidnapping stats and had recently had an officer named Chrisman murder an unarmed citizen. Chief Jack Ass was responsible for launching an investigator into Drenth and his buddies, and was desperate to deflect his bad PR to his subordinate and the South Mountain precinct. What better way than to show he was “tough on cops” and launch a fraud investigation into South Mountain – all for a couple of grand in overtime dollars. We spent so much more than this on the subsequent funeral and year-long investigation.

This is the first time EVER that a cop ANYWHERE was lauded and commended for his heroism with a fancy funeral and city dignitaries, for a suicide.

Think about the tax payer dollars spent on a funeral, the overtime, the gas, the traffic, and a year-long investigation with subpoenas of DNA on something we all knew – that Drenth off’d himself with a shotgun. $100,000? $150,000? $200,000? $500,000? How many more jobs could we have filled with those dollars working real crimes and still have Drenth here with us?

This was all set up and orchestrated by Jack Harris so he could get a photo of himself, handing a flag to a broken Widow – ironically a Widow he made by launching a meritless investigation on her husband!

So what's our Christmas wish this year?

Every year the Phoenix PD has one of the dumbest, most obtuse programs with their meager attempt to get guns off the streets. It’s the Buy-Back Program. Supposedly if you have a gun that you no longer use or don’t want, turn it into the Phoenix PD for a $50 gift certificate.

A Bad Idea - the Phoenix PD Gun Buy-Back Program

This is so bad on so many levels, but mainly because of pure capitalism. Anyone may go to a website like www.backpage.com and sell a used firearm for a whole lot more than $50, unless of course it’s a shitty Lorcin. One can easily get $200-$400, based on the type of gun...sometimes more! Now wouldn't you rather have CA$H than a shitty $50 gift certificate from the Phoenix PD? In most cases people will come to you to give you the money!

Police make it seem like owning, possessing and keeping a firearm is a very bad thing and use scare tactics like misfirings while cleaning or handling a gun. If you know anything about a gun, this is virtually impossible (we simply can't understand how a gun can misfire while one cleans it. For the novice, cleaning involves removing the magazine and all rounds...) and we firmly believe that if your gun misfired while you were cleaning it, then you are a moron and meant to die, and that bullet missing you was God's Mulligan.

It's all part of the poison and venom cops spread to control us. They want to be the only one's with guns so when they bust down your door or are climbing your walls in your backyard, you down blow them away with your Mossberg. Guns aren’t shot every day by citizens (how is a loaded gun in your dresser a "problem" and why the need for you to get rid of it?), and we encourage everyone to exercise their 2^nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms. It is much harder to buy a new gun, then keep an old one. There are many forms to fill out, background checks and sometimes waiting periods.

But if you feel you must get rid of your gun, then you can post any gun on www.backpage.com . In Arizona you may freely buy and sell firearms to and from anyone, without a background check and without involving cops or the Feds - FOR CASH! If you have a firearm and are looking to sell it or get rid of it, then feel free to contact us and we will share with you much better ways to dispose of and recycle firearms, without involving law enforcement.

And if you need a gun and don't want anyone to know you own one, go to www.backpage.com where you can find just about any handgun, shotgun or rifle for sale.

We know 13,000 people see this site each month and it is our hope to protect you from the Phoenix PD and any PD. Never talk to cops and never, ever give them an old gun. We don’t care where you stand on the issue of protesters. We don’t care if you think they are a bunch of homeless worthless vagrants without purpose; or freeloaders complaining and whining about their cappuccinos and lost 401Ks. We are firm believers in the post 9/11 world, cops have been raised to a level of demi-god where they think they can do what they want and demand what they want with such reckless abandonment. When they end up getting killed for their arrogance and stupidity; we eulogize, praise and worship them with expensive funerals and blocked traffic from 67^th Ave to 7^th street.

We were personally in a situation recently where we could have been a witness to something so the cop asked us for our driver's license. When we refused he again asked for our name and social security number. Our reply? "We weren't driving a motor vehicle so we aren't required to produce a drivers' license and no where do I ever need to give a cop my SS#. I am not being a witness to anything! See ya later!" People were actually shocked and amazed we did this and walked away, but we know the law and so should you!

Here's some advice - How about stop confronting people in a dark parking lot in plain clothes?

In the same timeframe, two drug enforcement officers were killed when their SUV went over train tracks and are hit and killed by a passing train. They were praised for their valiant efforts in fighting drugs along the border??!! We actually considered giving them the Darwinism award and sending notes to the rest of the squad to look both ways when crossing train tracks, and some good advice in life is to avoid a loud whistle and flashing lights of a 25 ton locomotive.

Next time a homeless guys pisses on the 3^rd rail or a live electrical wire, maybe we should award them with the Ben Franklin award of merit and valor for perpetuating the discovery of electricity?

Recently a truck driver died in Chandler, AZ when his milk truck, rear ended an oil truck. He was transporting milk to millions of people in Phoenix and helping them build healthy bones. Chuck Williams had a tough call to make, but in typical corrupt Phoenix PD fashion decided to let her go and walk away. He wants to make commander one day and is still living in the police department run by Jack Harris. Lieutenants like Williams can’t do the right thing and arrest a Dumbo acting police chief’s kid because it won’t bode well for the future promotion prospects.

No one wants to see their kid in jail, but reason enough to arrest her was the reaction from the ex-wife with the absurd statement, “Do you know who she is?” Chuck Williams could have made an even bolder statement, but cowered like the rest of the cops we blog about.

If this is true, it should create great pause with each of you. Knowing that the city councils of both cities, along with the human resource departments, allowed a known domestic violence and woman beater to be their police chief is pretty disturbing. One has to wonder what the secondary and tertiary candidates had on their record...child molestation and murder? If it is not true, Mike lied (or omitted the offense in his job application) and should be added to BRADY and de-certified by AZ POST.

While doing this story we found out A LOT about Mike Frazier. Through our interviews we learned what a dirty assclown he is and how he likes to roughhouse women using fear and intimidation. We all paid for Phoenix cop Jeff Gordon’s fuckfest with housing supervisors while on duty and in uniform.

Phoenix police officer Jeffrey Gordon, son of the drunk and stupid Mayor Phil OxyContin Gordon, has been suspended from the force for four days for inappropriately touching a female city employee's breasts while on duty.

The action came after an investigation of allegations of misconduct was conducted by the police Professional Standards Bureau, police spokesman Sgt. Tommy Thompson said. (When you see or hear this dumb assclown – RUN!~BPC)

He said a seven-member Disciplinary Review Board, consisting of members of the public, peer officers, police commanders and an assistant police chief, reviewed the investigation and findings. The board recommended the 32-hour suspension to Acting Police Chief Joe Yahner. (The only thing Joe Yahner is "acting" like is a pussy douchebag who doesn’t want to get the mayor’s kid in trouble~BPC)

A report released Friday said Gordon violated an operations order stating, "Employees will not engage in sexual activity or contact at any time while on duty or when off duty at any departmental facility and/or grounds." (This is a serious punishable offense at AZPOST, mandating a year’s suspension as a cop. Unfortunately, no one in the Phoenix PD, no one on city council, and no one in the city manager's office has the balls to forwarded this to AZPOST, demanding his suspension – so we will ~ BPC)

Gordon was found to have engaged in unprofessional conduct on Dec. 1, 2010, when he gave another city employee a massage and "inappropriately touched her underneath her clothing." The woman told investigators he had reached into her blouse and under her bra to touch her breasts.

Gordon, while admitting to giving the massage, said he did not believe he touched the woman's breasts, though he said he may have touched the tops of her breasts, the report said. Just giving the massage, however, was in violation of police-department policy, officials said. (A male touching a woman on duty? WTF kind of police force do we have in Phoenix!!!-~BPC)

During the course of the inquiry, it emerged that Gordon had, while on duty in 2007, kissed an apartment-complex employee. He had also engaged in consensual sexual contact with an apartment-complex employee, which was taken into account in determining Gordon's penalty. The mayor released a statement late Friday, saying, "Like any father, I will stand by my son and his family no matter how difficult the circumstances. Jeff has served the City of Phoenix with honor for seven years, receiving numerous commendations and a Medal of Lifesaving recognition. With this incident closed, I know he'll again serve with honor." (Has served the city with honor? Is that honor OR On Her? No one likes Jeff Gordon and everywhere he goes, they think he is an asshole. Gordon was represented by Phoenix Law Enforcement Association Vice President Dave Kothe, who said his discipline was in line what other officers received for similar conduct. (Please Dave – grow some balls. The mayor’s kid just got off easy. You should have refunded him his dues and told him to go and put a shotgun under his throat like Drenth~BPC)

Gordon has been a Phoenix officer for six years. He was placed on paid administrative leave in January while the department conducted its investigation. First and foremost, this election is more about who not to vote for. If you can understand what is happening at the national level, there is nothing but disgust and resentment for what our current politicians have done to us. The same is true for the city of Phoenix. Citizens of Phoenix need to keep in mind that the problems we have today are the result of poor planning, no strategic direction and lack of leadership and accountability. The mayor’s office, the city manager’s office and the city council are to blame. if you are even considering voting for a current city council person to keep their seat, or one of the other assclowns who think they have graduate to the seat of mayor, consider the following:

Our current city council voted over the past 10 years to:

- Increase taxes incessantly with no fiscal planning

- All voted to give chief Jack Ass Harris $49,000 to cover his legal expenses, when his titless wife Connie bought him a brand new Corvette during the same time frame!

- Lying and protecting Mayor Phil Gordon's son - a Phoenix cop named Jeff Gordon -who was was caught fucking multiple women on duty. Any other cop would be fired (per AZ POST) but no one on city council has the balls to send this forward to AZ POST for decertification.

- Increased our water bills alone over 100%!

- Expensed, grandiose lunches for their constituents (Mr. Peggy Neely)

- Funded and built a tax payer funded day labor center for illegal Mexicans invading our country

- No strategic plan whatsoever to build the city of Phoenix

- Close public pools all over the city due to budget constraints, YET took exotic trips all over the world all in the name of economic development

- Allow the double Dipping Jack Ass Harris. Not only approved his double dipping, but allowed it to continue when those dollars could have been spent on a real, roll up your sleeves, tenacious police chief at half the cost

- Still have not actively found an adequate police chief to fix our city, nor has put a stop to the abuse of discretion by the Phoenix PD

- Allowed the abuse of officer Phil Roberts and many other good cops and citizens

- The development and funding of $40M in the road to nowhere project (Mr. Peggy Neely..again)

- And ultimately lying to all of us, City Council made us all think we had a city deficit so they implemented a food tax, when in reality the food tax went to pad the salaries and retirements of everyone in the city.(More on this in another blog)

A couple of the city council members think they qualify for the mayor’s office– Mr. Peggy Neely and Claude Mattox. Here’s why this would be the worst ideas to even consider either one of these morons for mayor.

Peggy Neely is either a guy, on her way to becoming Chastity Bono. With her butch haircut we just don’t know what she is....and why she isn't aggressively pursuing the gay vote in Phoenix.

Want to know what Peggy Neely accomplished in District 2?

Absolutely nothing - at least nothing good.

Besides having a record of pissing away monies on projects like the road to nowhere, Peggy was on city council and could have made some great changes with Phil Gordon and Jack Harris but didn’t/ wasn’t an advocate for really anything. We suggest you don’t waste your vote on this cunt.

Same applies to Claude Mattox. We’re not quite sure what he is trying to accomplish with that 1970's porn mustache look. Is that a partial mullet too? We learned a long time ago, never trust a cop and never trust any man with facial hair. Claude Mattox was also on city council and did nothing as far as strategic planning for our city and didn’t stop the Phoenix police or Jack Ass Harris. He was useless and waffled on just about everything in the city and now wants to be mayor?

We would rather you didn’t vote, if you were even considering voting for either of these idiots – Neeley or Mattox. We wouldn't consider Stanton either. Image means nothing to these folks and clearly they have a record of abuse, misspending and covering for dirty cops.

So that leaves us with our original question.

Which of These Stupid FuckSticks Should you vote For? If we had to pick one, which one would we pick?

Right now we are throwing our hat in the ring for Wes Gullett.

Why you ask?

Well first – he wasn’t on city council and wasn’t a dumbfuck who helped kept Gordon or Harris ruining our city. He also didn’t vote in Cavasos or Zuercher into the city managers office.

He’s a Republican and he’s worked in the government. He’s a business man and an entrepreneur. We don’t care if he was running a strip club, and online porn company or was a lobbyist, he still is more qualified then both Neely and Mattox combined.

Most importantly, he’s at least something new and refreshing. With Mattox and Neely we already know the ineptitude and stupidity we will get with this city, including Gordon-like $1M+ private security detail.

So if you are asking us, we say throw your vote towards Wes Gullet. It can't get much worse!

Phoenix Police Commander Rob Handy Loses a Job in San Bernardino and BRADY Veteran Jeff Hynes Decides to Retire!

It appears Phoenix commander Rob Handy was a finalist to be the new police chief in San Bernardino, California. How do you think the selection committee and the citizens of San Bernardino knew what an amazing douchebag~assclown may have been running the cops in their city? How did Rob Handy lose out on this job?

They passed on Rob Handy as their police chief. We also know of a slew of retired and sworn officers who sent their own letters to the media and to city council.

Sources close to the situation in San Bernardino have informed us that Rob Handy, “…Has about as much chance of becoming the police chief in San Bernardino, as Mike Polombo has finding a pair of pants that fit and getting those nameplates back! We had an over abundance of skeletons sent to us by fellow cops, on Mr. Handy and he will not be the police chief in San Bernardino.”

In a move that baffled even us, Long time BRADY veteran Jeff Hynes has decided to retire.

Jeff Hynes just entered DROP but is walking away from a large amount of retirement coin. Perhaps he’s so fed up with the Phoenix PD, he doesn’t care? Rumor has it he doesn’t even have a job lined up (we think he does, teaching somewhere and we’ll post it here when we find out…) but it's his final move that gives us hope that Jeff finally grew a set of testicles – Jeff Hynes is having his retirement party at the PLEA office! That's Jeff's way of saying Fuck You to the 4th floor.

We constantly hear that Hynes was a good guy, caught up in the bullshit system of stupidity by Jack Harris. Don't send us your lame emails defending this asshat. We will stand our ground and still think Hynes could have done some good deeds and made some wrongs, right.

Give a man any power and you see the true essense of that man. Hynes had power to change things but he caved like a pussy - and in the end still leaves without DROP money. So what's the difference? Commander Louie Tovar of the Phoenix PD reared (pun!) a son who has a proclivity for children. That’s the guy we need to keep off our kids' ass! We wonder if Louie Tovar still thinks this is a game?

When Louie's son Adrian submitted his application to be a Phoenix cop, a few things came up during his polygraph exam that...well...let's say that Little Louie and the Tovar family would like kept secret. The Phoenix PD tried to hide it and sweep it under the rug. From the time Adrian left, until the time Adrian came back for a second interview - it happened again with another child! It's great to know the Phoenix PD are protecting us by allowing known molesters on the street, simply because they are the son of a dirty little cop who can't hang up a phone! Making it even weirder and creepier is Louie Tovar was friends with and traded emails with Mike Polk - a Phoenix cop arrested with kiddie porn on his computer.

Coincidence for Louie with Polk and his son? We don't think so. We think that child molesters get the idea from somewhere, quite possibly the household they grow up in. We also think dirty douchebag cops who view kiddie porn, stick together - like Polk and Tovar.

It took well over two years from the illegal take and break in of our blogger's house in March, 2009. A judge's court order demanded the return of all the property. Even with the order in place for well over 30 days, Theron Quaas tried to say there was a “clerical error” with returning the equipment. This week, blogger Jeff had all items returned.

We sat down with Jeff and asked him some questions on his equipment, the blog, and some Bad Phoenix Cops. Here what he had to say…

Q: So you finally got your stuff back. How do you feel?
A: It’s only took them two years and based on the Chain of Custodies, none of this stuff was even reviewed or analyzed since the day it was bagged. Just goes to show you how this was all a rouse to silence me.

Q: So what about Theron Quaas?
A: What about him? Remember when you were a kid and you used to give the ball to the smallest, weakest kid and shout SMEAR THE QUEER? That was Theron Quaas. Quaas is a useless pawn douche in the grand scheme of things. I was in FLOs the other day in Scottsdale and could have sworn he was my busboy.

Q: Some would say you are pretty harsh with your criticism of the Phoenix PD and the Polombos. What do you say to that?
A: Those people are entitled to their opinion and so am I. Look – a guy like Polombo – geez where do we begin. We had a friend of ours recently get married to a stripper. She’s a nice girl, but he can’t avoid the fact that her tits and ass have been ground into a lot of guys in Phoenix. She knows the pole very well. If Mike Polombo wants to leave a wife and daughter for someone who is known for shampooing pubic hair with their saliva – then so be it. But I am allowed to talk about it – especially when they are city employees. Even if they think it doesn't serve 'any useful purpose.'

Q: Wow. That’s harsh. Is it personal against Polombo?
A: Since the Phoenix PD broke into my home and stole my stuff because of Mike Polombo – it will always be personal. I just don’t think Mike Polombo or the Phoenix PD play chess all that much. They never thought this through and the raid on my home and Barnes backfired into a national, PR nightmare for them. I grew up outside of New York City and would deal with guys like Polombo every day. We know so much about him. His favorite movies are GoodFellas, Casino and the Godfather and thinks he is life imitating art. He thinks he’s untouchable and wields some sort of power as a homicide cop. As my kids say playing Xbox, he was pwnd.

Q: Some people say you are the guy that got Jack Harris fired?
A: I get that a lot – a lot of back slapping and congratulations. I was in Cave Creek the other day and someone out of the blue in a restaurant heard my name and said something about an article in the NEWTIMES and remembered me. How fucked up is that? I really can’t believe it! I cannot take credit for toppling Jack. PLEA and Phil Roberts did most of it. I won’t grandstand and say I had anything to do with it.

Q: But you did send that letter to OIG?
A: So did Roberts and some other people I think. Listen – It’s great Jack Harris is gone and we all played a part in his demise, even Jack himself. The city of Phoenix is a much better place.

Q: What will people find surprising about you?
A: I am actually a pretty normal guy, quiet and shy. Very unassuming. No braggadocio with me. When cops meet me they think I will be some lunatic, arrogant cop hater, but I am not. I’m the guy behind you at Starbucks. They will also be surprised that I don’t run BadPhoenixCops. If they only knew how many work on it.

Q: What’s going on with the wife and kids?
A: It's an EX-wife. That’s something I don’t talk about. It’s really sad. The kids are great and always will be. Let’s just say they are learning as they age about badphoenixcops and badphoenixmoms.

Q: So you just got your stuff back. How did that go and tell us about that?
A: Yeah. I promised to give a shout-out to Christina at Impound on Elwood. She was very helpful and she had one hell of a turd cutter. Jesus was she cute in those tight cargo pants. Quaas and Campagnolo tried their hardest to keep my stuff, but they lost. Poor Ted is trying to manage these cops, but he can’t. Ted has no control over anything. He is a pawn. I am surprise Tom Horne hasn’t shit-canned his stupid, lazy ass. He tried to say there was a clerical error with returning my stuff. Just more lies. Most of the stuff was bagged in March of 2009 and never touched. Here are a few bags (shows us the bags) still sealed, never touched or analyzed. It’s weird looking at these old computers.

Q: Are you worried they planted something on them?
A: They aren’t smart enough to do that plus we hear the IT guys are pretty decent and actually support us fighting the corruption. These are Phoenix cops and Theron Quaas (laughs) just isn't that smart to plant anything. I have sent them out to friends to wipe clean. I really didn’t care about the equipment. It was the data I wanted.

Q: So are you keeping them?
A: I might give them to my kids. Or I might donate them to Aid for the Retarded in the name of Theron Quaas and Ted Campagnolo.

Q; Where do you come up with some of these lines and vitriolic phrases for the blog?
A: It's not just me, but I have always had crude humor. I grew up listening to Howard Stern and grew up in a strict Catholic family. I needed an outlet and this is the way I speak with my friends. It’s endearing, trust me.

Q: With Jack Harris being gone, what would you want to ask him if given the opportunity?
A: Wow. I guess I would say Jack: Every man has a favorite tit on their woman. We all gravitate to the same boob when we are about to do the mattress mambo. So Jack, when your wife Connie got cancer, was it in your favorite boob and how did you feel about that?

Q: Ouch! That’s pretty bad…
A: That’s me. I would love to ask him that in person just to see his reaction. He is so used to people being humble and pussy-footing around him. He would probably shit his pants! Maybe I should drive to his north Phoenix house, knock on his door like Dave Biscobing did and ask him. But seriously I don’t think twice about Jack Harris. He was just one of many who needed to go. I have nothing to say to him or ask him. That’s up to my lawyers.

Q: Some say you should run for City Council or Mayor. What do you say to that?
A: Can you imagine? That would be epic! Imagine the campaign commercial and my platform. (In a deep booming voice) Indicted numerous times, house raided, accused of being on drugs, molesting kids, domestic violence and a whole host of other accusations that any ex bitter wife will throw at you. Meet your new mayor… - I have thought about it, but it’s too dirty for me. I would easily save the city over $1M by stopping the private OxyGordon security detail. I would be the most politically incorrect mayor you ever met. Undoubtedly within 30 days would be fucking some hot girl in impound - much hotter than that dog Gordon is banging. I would add into the lexicon words like “fuckstick” “assclown” and “fucktard.” I don’t think it’s for me. I’m not that corrupt and the pay sucks. I'm just not the dirty politician type, but who knows.

Q: How is this going to end? What is the fitting ending to your situation?
A: Are you asking me for a denoument? Jesus. I can think of so many, Mike Polombo chokes and has a heart attack while eating mashed potatoes, Theron Quaas drowns in a vat of Kikkoman’s soy sauce, Jack Harris is mountain biking and drives off a cliff like that Segway dude, Louie Tovar gets sodomized to death, Ronnie Snodgrass loses 150 pounds and wins the PF Changs marathon – there are so many fitting ends to this. I don’t know how or if it will end. There will only be more dirty cops like Yahner and other dirty members in leadership who avoid the issues, like Cavasos and Zuercher.

Q: Would you ever sit down with any of them to talk?
A: To talk about what? Clearly they won’t fix anything. Look at what happened to Phil Roberts and nothing was done. Look at what happened to me, Barnes, Linnea and nothing was done. That’s why the blog is needed. I have no desire to sit down with any of them unless they are handing me a check. Maybe if Hampton or Robinson became Chief they may want to bury the hatchet, but that’s a long time off and wishful thinking.

Q: Would you ever shut down the site?
A: That’s a good question for the owner.

Q: So you don’t own it?
A: Nope and the Phoenix PD know that and that’s all I’ll say about it. It isn't owned by PLEA and Dave Barnes either and I didn't go to high school with Barnes and plot this thing years ago in study hall. It's so fucking rediculous the stories I hear.

Q: Would it ever be sold?
A: I know there were talks of going national with someone before the economy took a shit. Like BadCops - Los Angeles, BadCops – Houston, but I don’t know where that went. I think it would be tough to manage but I see what THEDIRTY.com was able to do and it could work. There’s a lot of logistics and a lot more people needed for that type of stuff. Plus there would need to be measures in place like with WikiLinks to protect the workers. I could see dirty cops in other cities raiding people’s homes too.

Q: Do you agree with what WikiLinks did?
A: Sure. We have a right to know what the fuck is going on.

Q: At all costs? Even at the risk of life?
A: That’s what they want you to think. Information is power. I think Napoleon said something along the lines of, a smart informed people are a risk to governments. What the US and I guess the Phoenix PD forget is that they work for the people. I think since 9/11 we are way out of control with losing our rights as citizens. Even the TSA think they are Gods among insects.

Q: So you never answered the question, will the site be sold?
A: Everything and everyone has a price. I guess you could look at it like a hooker. You don’t pay them to come a fuck your brains out, you pay them to leave so you don’t have to deal with the bullshit of an annoying chick. If the owner wanted to sell or redeploy it in some way, I would support that.

Q: Getting back to the Polombos, do you think Mike reads this blog?
A: I know everyone reads it and if they say they’re not, they’re lying. I know I would if I were him.

Q: Why do you think they read it?
A: Because it’s funny, because it’s raw, because we say what everyone is thinking. Because Mike is narcissistic and wants to know what we are saying about him - good or bad. It’s entertaining. If something was being written about you, wouldn’t you want to read it?

Q: The language is a bit rough. Do you think it detracts from the goal and you lose subscribers?
A: I think if you won’t read something because of strong words and euphemisms, you need to get a life. Words are words. It’s the message behind them. That’s what makes us unique that we will excoriate cops in a public forum. I don't know of any site like ours - not even the one in Tempe by Tempe cops.

Q: I must admit, before the blog I have never heard of some the phrases used – like a hatchet wound for female genetalia?
A: I prefer the word CUNT but a friend of mine uses hatchet wound. CUNT is such is final word. There isn’t much better than the “C” word followed by a U-N-T. But hatchet wound is pretty funny. One needs to think about hatchet wound for a few seconds and see the visual.

Q: You don’t see a problem calling people a hatchet wound or cunt?
A: Nope and I sleep well at night too! Listen – these cops deserve to be called what they are called on the blog. They labeled me an instigator of domestic violence when it never happened and they don’t appear to have a problem with that. It is revenge that will last a lifetime.

Q: Care to elaborate?
A: Before this, before my divorce no one heard of me and I kind of like it that way. The police created bogus indictments, bogus charges and now I am labeled things forever for no reason except that their rot and power made it so and an angry bitter ex-wife. Turn-about is fair play. Google Jack Harris, Phoenix PD, Theron Quaas, Mike or Heather Polombo, Andy Anderson or Louie Tovar. Like me, they are now forever memorialized on the web. Let’s see how they like it. We know they can’t get jobs after the Phoenix PD.

Q: How do you know this?
A: One dirty little secret I will share is with the hits to the blog. We get over 13,000 hits each month. We can see who is viewing us. We did a blog about this. We can see the number of people with COX, Qwest, city of Phoenix, Homeland Security and many others. We can see when they visit and how many times. We can see what time of day and how long they spend and on which page. Among those visiting the site are recruiters. Recruiters for jobs in the public or private sector. So much like the city of Phoenix we know everything about that recruiter and can see when they came to the site because they were researching someone like Andy Anderson based on key word searches. We then contact these recruiters and send them tons of info on these cops. It’s actually fantastic the way it works.

Q: That sounds diabolic. And you don’t have a problem with this?
A: Not at all. Like I said, they attempt to smear people like me, like Barnes with raids, bogus indictments and NOIs. Let’s see how they like it when the shoe is on the other foot. That’s what drives them nuts. They can’t do anything about it which is why they took all my computers and tried the whole harassment computer fraud thing.

Q: You seem to know a lot about the web. How did you get into this? Do you program?
A: I am not technical at all. That’s what’s so funny. I am not a programmer. My brother designs computer networks. I am a sales guy. He scoffs at these stories on how I created a website. I don’t know HTML. I started off in the computer industry over 20 years ago as a marketing manager.

Q: So you don’t write code?
A: Fuck no! I am just a regular guy with a sense of humor. I still can’t figure out my bluray player. I am not a nerd or a hack. My kids know more than I do.

Q: Do you ever fear for your safety?
A: Never. I think others do it for me.

Q: How come?
A: I assure you these guys are pussies and I am well protected. I won't elaborate but let's just say everyone has a God given right to defend their life, from anyone. I also have sources all over so like I said, I sleep well at night. They know the rules, they know I know their Ops orders and I have great lawyers. I’m not stupid and don’t put myself in harms way. I do avoid Phoenix and stick to Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria or Tempe as much as possible.

Q: Even when you meet cops?
A: We don’t meet with cops. If we ever do, it is well vetted or they are retired. I don’t want to give away the farm, but most stuff is sent to us or given to us without the need to talk, meet or explain it. People seem to over complicate things. They think some big meetings or espionage are happening when it’s nothing like that. I actually got a kick when I read that Mike and Heather Polombo patrol their own neighborhood and when their alarm went off, went into their homes with the guns drawn – like I would want to break in to take photos of their cheap IKEA furniture or Mike's polyester pants. What a couple of fucking idiots.

Q: You keep going back to the Polombos. Why the focus?
A: Because they are so comical and exemplary of what is stupid and wrong with the Phoenix PD. It’s so funny, you can’t make up this stuff or characters like Mike Polombo. Mike was married, had a wife and a beautiful daughter and he fucked someone at work and was called out on it. Everyone knew it and now they try and play victims. It’s classically funny. My home was broken into and my computers stolen for 2 years solely because of Mike Polombo. Mike needs to know that he reaps what he sows and should have thought this through. Like I said earlier, Mike doesn't understand or play chess. Chess players are thinking 3-5 moves ahead of their current move.

Q: Ever think guys like Polombo, Quaas of Harris will just lose it and come after you?
A: Sure, but I don’t lose sleep over it. Mike was pretty emotional in those videos acting like a sissy bitch. I would love to see these pieces of shit on my doorstep. If I ever lived in Mike Polombo’s neighborhood and he was patrolling with a gun and asked me what I was doing there sitting in my car, there would be a major problem. But like I said earlier, these guys are pussies. Cunt sandwiches – minus the bread. Mostly likely got their asses kicked in high school, grew mustaches and became cops. They would never command any respect or be a leader anywhere else, except for the fact they have a badge and a gun. Anyone who knows me, knows that anything I say, I will say to someone’s face. If any of these cops want to call me or email me, they can do it.

Q: Are you serious? They can contact you?
A: Sure. I have had people contact me and say - hey man that was harsh and such-n-such is really a good cop. Or hey man I spoke to so-n-so and he was devastated by his name on the blog. If Polombo or anyone wanted to dispute something, they could have contacted me. I’m not saying anything would be done, and I might tell them to go and fuck their own mother, but at least they would have some respect and some balls. Not everyone has to agree with what is said, but they should respect our right to say it.

Q: Polombo has called you psychotic. He also was going to pursue legal action against you. Anything ever come of it?
A: I’m still waiting. That’s tough guy dumb-gumba talk like he is on the Jersey Shore or something. Polombo can’t do shit to me. He knows it. He has asked people where I live and said he was going to sue me. Others have too. I heard Montgomery dropped $10K on lawyers to try and pursue me. Polombo's best game was trying to bring me up on criminal charges with his pal Jack Harris. I am not psychotic at all and quite normal. There is always a cause and effect. This is the effect that will last a lifetime for Mike.

Q: What do your family and friends think of all this?
A: They laugh. No one in a million years would of thought I would be involved in such a mess, but in the same vein, the New Englander in me has them understanding I won’t take any shit from anyone, especially cops.

Q: So did you get your porn back?
A: Ha…I guess so, along with my Itunes. This stuff is old. It was 3 years old when it was stolen from me. It’s surreal to see this stuff, but it was recreated within weeks.

Well...we got chief Jack Ass Harris removed (along with a lot of other people) and pocked-face Andy Anderson is gone and unemployable – we think that’s a huge accomplishment!

We're entitled to a little holiday!   We are by no means stopping or giving up, because there are more dirty, fuckstick-assclowns to add to this blog. Plus, if anyone wants this blog shut down, it's going to cost a lot of money....like Jack Harris, Frank Fairbanks, Andy Anderson pension money!

Let’s discuss a few of them!

Below is the letter our blogger got back from the city manager’s office and from Dave Harvey on the Polombo investigation. The first response is from assistant city manager Ed Zuercher – the emasculated, I-did-an-investigation-then-again-I-didn’t-do-an-investigation-into-the-fradulent-kidnapping-stats. Ed sent back a standard form letter and doesn't appear at all shocked that the Polombos continue to lie, and that telling the truth about dirty douchebag cops like the Polombos is not a crime.

Ed Zuercher is also supporting the Phoenix PD's lies that there weren’t 357 kidnappings in 2008 but incredibly now over 600-800!   It's not because he wants to. He needs to.

It’s a Phoenix PD Jedi mind trick and a lie that Ed Zuercher is supporting to cover his own ass, since he was in charge of the Phoenix Integrity Committee.  Phil Roberts sent numerous memos to this committee about the bogus kidnapping stats asking for protection. (Phil Roberts is so sick over this he was recently hospitalized adding another "0" onto his lawsuit. Contact any good Phoenix cop for details...) Ed Zuercher can't rely on plausible deniability, so he needs another answer to keep his job. That answer is there were more kidnappings in 2008 then we ever imagined -to the tune of 2-3 per day!

The second letter below Ed’s is from Dave Harvey, noting that what was heard in court was imagined and the investigation is completed. It appears Ted Campagnolo misspoke. Ummm...isn't that perjury?

Dave Harvey was the fuckstick who likes to drink while he is on the job (see photo) and was promoted to lead PSB.

Dave Harvey may look like an idiot and talk like an idiot but don't let that fool you. PSB Commander Dave Harvey is really a fucking idiot and is part of the legacy FOJ network.

This allowed her to earn $240,000 in 2010.

Did you know Lauri Burgett also was involved with video company named MONEY DROP PRODUCTIONS LLC with retired cop Sgt.Andy Hill and a videographer? It appears she needed a lot of money and her base pay and overtime weren’t enough! She needed to triple dip with a company that came to Phoenix PD crime scenes to tape of all things – her kidnappings!

So Lauri Burgett is a Phoenix cop (the first dip), who lied to obtain a federal grant and federal stimulus dollars. She paid herself handsomely (pun intended based on the photos of her…) in the form of overtime wages (her double dip). Then Lauri Burgett was involved in this video company where this video crew along with retired cop Andy Hill would show up at crime scenes to video kidnappings (triple dip) for a yet to be released kidnapping TV show.

Lauri did fill out the proper paperwork, but left it purposefully vague saying she was merely involved in an extracurricular video company. There was no mention of kidnappings or Andy Hill. Of course she didn’t want anyone to know her video company with Andy Hill was taping her kidnappings. Makes sense why she was vehemently defending the kidnapping stats and doing everything possible to throw Phil Roberts under the bus; even with the far-fetched claim that they were Phil’s bad kidnapping numbers. Makes even more sense why she traveled to England on the taxpayer’s dime even after admitting and knowing the kidnapping stats were a fraud. This travel only padded her curriculum vitae as a resident expert in the field for future videos and future enrichment.

What’s even more unconscionable is Lauri’s husband is Phoenix police Lieutenant Jim Burgett and being that Phoenix is a community property state, was party to her fraud and cover-up. As a cop he has a duty to report malfeasance and corruption, but with his wife earning $240K, plus the enticement of proceeds from this video company; it made Jim awfully quite! You would be a fool to believe that Phoenix police lieutenant Jim Burgett had no clue what his wife was doing and her involvement in a kidnapping video company about her own kidnappings.

Source have told us retired Phoenix police officer Andy Hill would mysterious appear at random kidnappings, telling the cops on the scene that he was authorized to be there per Mayor Phil Gordon, Jack Harris and Lauri Burgett. Lauri Burgett openly and boldly told everyone that she had absolute immunity in the Phoenix PD. She claimed she was friends with Mayor Phil Gordon and even went so far as to show people his cell phone number programmed into her phone.

This video company MONEY DROP PRODUCTIONS LLC was in the process/is in the process of making a documentary type TV show (think of a COPS type TV drama, with Phoenix PD kidnapping slant to it) to sell the TV networks only to reap more financial gain.

It would be interesting to know if Andy Hill really had this authorization by pill popping mayor Phil OxyGordon and former chief Jack Ass Harris. Not to give any credo to OxyGordon or the Jack Ass, but we are pretty certain at best they knew a video company was being worked, but it is doubtful they shared in any financial gain, except obtaining the federal stimulus dollars for the city of Phoenix. Their gain was politically motivated. Lauri’s gain was purely financial and all about greed. Lauri undoubtedly lied and told people that videotaping was authorized from the top and assumed she had absolute immunity because she herself signed off on, and provided the fraudulent data on the stats that OxyGordon and Jack Ass presented to Congress. What better insurance policy could she have?

It should create great pause with each of you that this happened, not withstanding the Office of Inspector General and the Department of Justice investigations - the antics occurring in Phoenix, Arizona. The rot and corruption is systemic. How does one begin to fix this except for an outside intervention and a house cleaning of everyone?

We now have a greater understanding and reasoning why covering up the fraudulent kidnapping stats was so acute and why this lying cunt Phoenix police Lieutenant Laurel Burgett tried to lay blame on Phil Roberts and retaliated against him. Her and her husband’s livelihood was at risk and Phil Roberts was the bump in the road ruining Jim and Lauri Burgett’s big payola! We will venture to guess an audit of the Burgett’s tax return for 2008, 2009, or 2010 has tons on police related write-offs, for MONEY DROP PRODUCTIONS LLC netting them a quadruple dip!

We know this is working its way through the system. The city manager, Dave Cavasos has been informed. Acting chief Joe Yahner knows and PSB has begun an investigation into Lauri Burgett. If she hasn’t already, should be on paid leave soon.

Let’s see if she really has immunity from Phil OxyGordon and what asst. city Manager Ed Zuercher and city manager David Cavasos are doing about this. Think these two spineless pussies will act accordingly and say ENOUGH! It’s doubtful based on their prior inactions.

Since the OIG and DOJ read this blog, they now too know about Lauri Burgett’s antics and video company. We sure hope OIG comes back with an indictment of Lauri Burgett and hauls this unethical snatch away in handcuffs.

Last week Phoenix police lieutenant Lauri Burgett got sodomized by the OIG with one of their investigations.

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) returned and asked Lauri for an accounting on how she spent the $1.7 Million dollars in HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas).

Of the $1.7M some of the major dollar expenditures include:

- A new police car for Lauri Burgett – and she’s the only one who appears to have received one!
- Overtime pay for Lauri Burgett!
Lauri’s earnings in prior years were:
2008 - $175K
2009 - $198K
and last year in 2010 Lauri Burgett’s W2 was in the range of $240K.
- And one rifle.

Yeah - pretty crazy! And cops wonder why they get no respect when they blatantly and publically lie, steal, and abuse their powers like Lauri Burgett.

Kidnappings have gone down, the 2008 stats are fake, but in the same time frame we paid a Phoenix police lieutenant $65K in additional monies with dollars earmarked for kidnapping...or in this instance she paid herself! Little else was spent in the areas of support or defense of actual kidnapping. Sounds to us like Lauri Burgett got $1.7M of fun money for a personal spending spree of cars, pay and trips. Now we know why Lauri Burgett lied and fabricated the kidnapping stats and had it out for the whistleblower, Phil Roberts.

There's no plausible deniability here either. Amazingly in the Fall of 2010 via a recorded investigation, Lt. Lauri Burgett admitted she knew back in 2009 that stats were fabricated, but she still thought it was right to spend money in 2010 on a new car and a 37% raise. Lauri Burgett raped the city of Phoenix in overtime working on kidnappings that didn't exist, with no oversight or accountability.

In the same time frame she flew to England with Jack Ass Harris and the Jack Ass’ wife Connie to attend a summit on kidnapping and used the same monies for this trip.

Ironically, Phoenix police Lt. Lauri Burgett spent the money on a vacation to England to discuss of all things - fraudulent stats that never happened and how she got $1.7M in funding by labeling Phoenix the kidnapping capital of the world.

Those limeys must have actually thought they were speaking to someone who knew something about kidnappings, when all they got was a dumbass from Phoenix on a federally funded vacation with a lying Jack Ass chief.

We don’t have any kind words for this effeminate douchebag, Donahoe. This is the judge who signed off on the search warrant of Barnes and our blogger and was known as the go to guy in the Phoenix PD to get your bogus warrants from creeps like Polombo and Femenia.

We always knew Donahoe was another corrupt judge who took the title of Presiding Criminal Judge a little too literally. This article goes to show that others know about him and aren’t afraid to write about him either. One wonders why he would lie about contributing to a democratic campaign, when he hasn't contributed monies sinces 2000.

Funny how when they do it, it is simply cast aside as misspeaking. If any of us do it, it's a Felony perjury! Again we see different rules being applied to different people based on the profession they chose or the Peter Principal they ascend to.

This creates some great pause in Arizona – a corrupt police department, a dirty pill popping mayor, the antics of our sheriff’s department with Hendershoot now being fired, an ineffective city manager’s office with an equally ineffective city council and now lying judges?

We have a complete and total pussification of our city officials where no one has the testes to do what is needed.

Who can we trust in this city anymore?

PHOENIX – Last week, Andy Kunasek, chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, issued a news release that began, “This has been a good week for Maricopa County.”

Kunasek said the supervisors voted unanimously on Wednesday to return the county attorney’s civil division, which he said “the board took out of necessity due to Andrew Thomas’ incompetence and unethical behavior.”

Kunasek fails to mention the board was ordered by the Arizona Court of Appeals to return the civil division five months ago.

Referring to what he called the “feud” or “county craziness,” Kunasek announced: “We’re all still here. All five board members. Same county manager, same management staff. We weren’t the problem.”

Kunasek said former County Attorney Andrew Thomas, former Maricopa County Sheriff Chief Deputy David Hendershott and former Deputy County Attorney Lisa Aubuchon were now gone and stated “the battles left with them.”

He concluded with, “It just took a handful of bad apples to nearly destroy an otherwise well-functioning organization. Times have changed. Today we open a new chapter.”

Kunasek also fails to mention Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Gary Donahoe, also still there, who Thomas charged with bribery, obstructing a criminal investigation and hindering prosecution back in 2009.

Although those charges have since been dropped, in December 2009, BadPhoenixCops.com, a website dedicated to rooting out and ridding the Phoenix Police Department of corrupt and dirty cops, had this to say about Donahoe: “We could have told you a long time ago that there is nothing ‘honorable’ about Phoenix Judge Gary Donahoe. We always thought he was inept and just as corrupt as the leadership in the Phoenix Police Department.”

BadPhoenixCops accused Donahoe of being the “go to guy” for corrupt police officers to obtain any kind of warrant they wanted and said “it didn’t matter if the warrant was surreptitiously obtained … Donhoe gave them away like candy.”

We recently received a press release from Citizens for Educated Choices about Dr. James M. Houston and his legal battles with government officials, including former Arizona State Superintendent of Schools Tom Horne, the Arizona Board of Education, of which Horne was also a member, and most recently Donahoe, about whom Houston has recently obtained documented evidence indicating Donahoe may have lied in open court.

Houston’s complaint alleges he was denied teacher certification by the Arizona Board of Education because he previously accused the Educational Leadership doctoral program in the College of Education at Northern Arizona University of being “nothing more than a diploma mill.”

Houston also filed a lawsuit against NAU for educational consumer fraud and breach of contract.

Upon graduating with distinction from the educational leadership program in 1995, Houston appeared before the Arizona Board of Regents where he made his now famous “I Want My Money Back” speech.

Houston garnered a great deal of local and national media attention when he requested the board refund his tuition in exchange for returning his diploma and awards.

He picketed commencements from 1995 through 1998 with a placard stating, “I Want MY Money Back” on one side and “Diploma Mill” on the other.

Houston called his Ph.D. “a fraud,” claiming the education he received was unworthy of a degree, while accusing professors of being more interested in consulting contracts with school districts that paid them huge fees than in providing quality instruction.

In any event, Houston believes this was the reason the state board of education voted to deny him certification and to publish defamatory statements Horne attributed to Houston, including a statement that the Navajos have “stupid superstitions” and other stereotypical statements about racial groups, which Houston says he never made and which Horne later denied saying, under oath, despite a recording of him making such statements.

Houston notes when the state board rejected the recommendation from its own advisory committee to grant him certification; he had licenses in good-standing to teach in three other states.

However, that’s not what this is about. This is about Donahoe and what he said in court on Sept. 7, 2010 preceding oral arguments on motions Houston filed with regard to tampering with evidence and if Horne lied under oath in his deposition.

According to the audio recording and transcript of the proceedings, after determining Houston wished to be addressed as mister rather than doctor, Donahoe stated, “I don’t know if I need to do this or not but since Mr. Horne’s a defendant in this, I’m going to disclose that I made a $200 campaign contribution to Felicia Rotellini (Horne’s Democrat opponent for attorney general). So, if that makes a difference to anybody, I will recuse myself.”

Houston responded, “Not to me.”

Donahoe replied, “I didn’t think it would make a difference to you. I don’t know about the state defendants.”

Assistant Attorney General James Bowen said, “No, your honor, I don’t think that would have any effect on your judgment in this case.”

Donahoe responded, “OK. If anyone changes their mind, let me know.”

Houston later discovered Donahoe never contributed $200 to Rotellini’s campaign.

He contacted Rotellini’s campaign assistant, time and time again, who verified and re-verified Donahoe had never donated to Rotellini’s campaign.

In fact, this Examiner confirmed Donahoe hasn’t made a contribution to anyone’s campaign since 2000, when he contributed $25 each to the Harry Mitchell for State Senate and Hartley for Senate campaigns.

When Houston contacted Rotellini’s campaign on Oct. 3, 2010, asking them to “double check to make sure Judge Donahoe didn’t make a $200 donation to the campaign,” a Rotellini staff assistant responded via e-mail two days later stating, “The donation was never made.”

When asked what prompted him to verify the contribution, Houston said after Donahoe denied his motion for reconsideration concerning the use of two transcripts, which an expert witness of Houston’s was willing to testify had been “edited” or otherwise “tampered with,” he began to realize things weren’t as they should be.

He also just learned Donahoe had been under investigation for corruption.

However, Houston never expected to learn what he did, believing at first Donahoe’s unfavorable rulings were “an attempt to keep the trial simple.”

On March 15, 2011, after confirming, once again, Donahoe never made a contribution to Rotellini, Houston, deeply concerned over being denied crucial evidence to be presented at trial, filed a “Notice for the Disqualification of Trial Judge Based upon Cause.”

Judge Robert Oberbillig responded on March 28 with a minute entry stating, “This court requests that Judge Donahoe research his bank records and provide a copy of the check, any bank statement at issue, and any declaration regarding same … for in camera inspection by March 30, 2011.”

On April 4, Oberbillig issued a minute entry order stating, “Per this court’s March 28, 2011 minute entry, the court has received from Judge Donahoe a signed declaration (filed within) and the attached copy of the check register, the carbon copy of the check, and the account statement (filed under seal).”

In denying his request to disqualify Donahoe, Oberbillig stated Houston “failed to meet his burden of proof to establish any legal grounds for striking a judge for cause ...”

Houston now wonders if “the fix is in” with Oberbillig, who reviewed, in closed chambers and placed under seal, documentation, which did not include a copy of the canceled check, somehow proved to Oberbillig’s satisfaction that Donahoe donated $200 to Rotellini’s campaign; a $200 donation Rotellini’s campaign has asserted repeatedly was never received.

I contacted Rotellini last week to ask if she knew anything about this issue. She said she didn’t, but suggested the “missing” contribution was most likely “a clerical error,” or made by his wife, whom she thought went by another name.

Rotellini said, “Let me look into this before I comment,” she’s yet to call back.

Donahoe’s wife, who goes by Cherie Donahoe, also never contributed to Rotellini.

Still waiting to receive a copy of Donahoe’s declaration, Houston, who now lives in Oregon, said, "I've climbed a lot of mountains and every year I hike in and out of the Grand Canyon in one day, but this 'mountain of corruption' I am dealing with in Arizona makes all of that a walk in the park. My biggest concern here is what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, ‘Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.’ This is what my fight with them is about."

Why didn’t PAB ask BadPhoenixCops to make a video testimonial, discussing all his accomplishments?

We could have discussed Andy’s misogynistic behavior and how he likes to intimidate everyone! His road rage incidents and how he has been trespassed from the PLEA union office. We could also tell everyone how Murray Andy Anderson helped us get the Phoenix Police chief fired, by mislabeling Phoenix the Kidnapping Capital of the World.

Chief Jack Ass Harris resigns at the same time the Phoenix PD received the report from the OIG. Think these two events are unrelated?

The Jack Ass is gone FOREVER!

Unlike Sean Drenth, Jack Ass Harris resigned, and as we said over a month ago – never to return. He is unfortunately collecting another pension – a military pension that is reported for city employees.

BadPhoenixCops, PLEA and Phil Roberts and many others took his stars from his lapel. It took almost three years of blogging and a website exposing the corruption, but we did it with the help of many of you! Thanks again to all our sources, confidants and those cops who put their necks out for us.

Sources tell us last week the Phoenix PD received the final report from the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) on the fraudulent kidnapping stats. The Phoenix PD are not sharing it until the OIG makes their official return next week! We are hoping for criminal indictments on Jack Harris for lying before Congress, pill poppin Mayor Phil OxyGordon, and the snatch Lauri Burgett.

Either way, it couldn’t be good news for Jack Ass Harris and the PPD, since it forced Jack's resignation.

This blog started, because a stupid assclown commander couldn't hang up the phone.

Louie Tovar is one of the dumbest fucktard cops in the Phoenix PD, but we all have a lot to thank him for. We hear every time the news does a story (and shows our site with Louie Tovar's name) or we post a blog about Louie, he and his wife Ophelia are upset and devastated.

Well get a box of tissue ready and bust out the Paxil because it's going to be a sad day in Casa de Tovar!

Louie raised a fine son who admitted during a police inquisition that he molested a young member of his family. Imagine you are on the police force for 26 years like Louie, your son wants to be a cop and this happens?!!?!

HA! Whoopsie!! What an interesting Tovar family secret!

We bet Louie was rocked by this information and hoped to keep it quiet within the confines of the PPD, with his brothers in blue.

Not with us around! Turn-about is fair play Louie, and revenge is a motherfucker - or in Louie's family's case is it a childfucker?

Geez Louie. WTF was happening in the Tovar household?

Normally in instances like Louie's, Jack Ass Harris would keep this "card" in his hip pocket, forcing Louie to carry out dirty deeds and covering up for Jack. It was Jack Harris' way of obtaining blind loyalty and keeping something hidden for years (and sometimes forever), then threatening to open an investigation if Louie didn't comply and follow Jack's every word. It was Jack's blackmail plan that trickled down and infected the entire Phoenix police department. Conversely, if Louie needed a favor it was usually granted or covered up by Jack or by other members in this blackmail pool. It was one big blackmail backscratch managed by fear, intimidation and job security.

This blackmail backscratch was only exacerbated when Jack Harris ran PSB (Internal Affairs) and had dirty douchebags like Mike Polombo working for him. This is why everyone in command is still scared of the former chief Jack Ass for fear the skeletons in the Phoenix PD closest will come out; including skeletons our pill-popping mayor, Phil OxyGordon and the testicle free Joe Yahner. Even Mr. I-said-I-did-an-audit-but-then-again-I-never-did-an-audit-because-the-PPD-told-me-the-stats-were-valid-so-I-believed-them Zuercher is scared of the Phoenix PD and the legacy of Jack Ass Harris.

Ironically (or maybe not) someone told us a while back Louie was best friends with Richard Polk and used to trade emails with him. Lots of emails. XXX emails . Hmmm...interesting. One has to wonder if Ophelia would have married Louie Tovar, knowing he a raised and reared (pun) a boy who likes even littler boys, and had a friendship with kiddie porn collector Richard Polk?

Well Louie we have some tips for you! Tips to get you through the embarrassment and blunders called Your Life. These are our three year anniversary tips!

First - Don't fuck with citizens. Hopefully you learned your lesson (and are continuing to learn your lesson), along with the entire PPD. It was a small victory for Mark and Wendy Goudeau when judge Warren Granville made a ruling to proceed with the documents we helped leak to the defense team and to Goudeau’s attorney Randy Craig. Documents the prosecutor had conveniently forgotten to provide to opposing counsel.

…”no one crime scene had a complete combination of eyewitnesses, biological and ballistic evidence. The witness accounts were not identical. The descriptions of the male suspect varied. The biological evidence was scant.

…It is ordered denying the State’s motion to preclude evidence regarding Detective Stuart’s investigation involving Terry Wayne Smith.”

We hear Suzanne Cohen, one of the prosecutors in the Goudeau case is pretty pissed at this ruling and we can’t figure out why? We also know Alex Femenia testified and naturally thought Goudeau committed every murder and every crime; when Rusty Stuart’s report, victim testimony and cell tower records prove otherwise.

Any normal person would think that they have no, “dog in the race” so why not present all the evidence and let a jury decide?

Why hide key exculpatory information and purposefully keep it from the defense team?

We believe it’s like a sales job – they need to maintain a quota and have some “wins” in their column or they don’t advance in rank!

They go by names like Lisa Aubuchon, Andrew Thomas, Suzanne Cohen, and Ted Campagnolo….and they never want to present facts, but only want to maliciously indict people for crimes they didn’t commit with rumor, innuendo and falsehoods. They lie - and feel no remourse for the lives they ruin.

They hide evidence from Grand Juries and allow cops to “misspeak” and not charge them with perjury.

They are lawless creeps - prosecutors - and need to be eradicated from this system of justice where law abiding citizens are attacked for speaking out and doing what is right.

In open court last week, Heather and Mike Polombo’s now infamous “harassment” case against Barnes was discussed and argued for an hour and a half.

Judge Sam Thumma did not fully dismiss Barnes case, but he is taking it under advisement to remand it back to a Grand Jury. At issue is Theron Quaas’ credibility and how he didn’t fully disclose key components on Barnes case to the Grand Jury.

In Heather Polombo’s academy award performance, she claims how she can’t work, has migraines, has missed work because of these migraines and the reason is because of what is posted on this blog with the associated commentary and how Barnes apparently “harassed” her.

According to court testimony, Craig Mehrens (Barnes’ attorney) lawfully obtained Heather Polombo’s medical records. Under oral argument Mehrens said it appears chronic migraines with Heather Polombo go back well over six years, long before this blog ever started and before Barnes was on the scene.

Mehrens also said that not once did Heather mention to her doctor(s) that migraines were a result of work, Barnes, or this blog. Yeah...Not once! We were shocked when we found this out too! One would think that if migraines came about due to “harassment” it would be noted somewhere, but it’s not.

Mehrens other bigger issue is precisely what “harassment” case does Mike Polombo have against Barnes?

The fact that we refer to Mike Polombo as Mr. Potato Head, and he doesn’t like being mentioned on a blog or being labeled a dirty, dumb gumba cop?

The fact that Mike Polombo wears clothes from when Clinton was President and his best outfit is the “GEORGE” brand from Walmart?

The fact that Mike Polombo is a cock and his name is synoymous with everything dirty in the Phoenix PD?

The fact that the only job Mike Polombo could get in the Phoenix PD was to go back to Homicide - a place where everyone hates his guts and are undoubtedly dipping their dicks in his coffee mug or rinsing it after hours, in the toilet?

In a recent ruling The Supreme Court said while many of us may not agree with protestors at funerals shouting “God hates fags” or “Thank God for dead soldiers” it is not criminal and not harassment, as Mehrens asserted.

We wonder: would the equivalent be, “God Hate’s the cocksucker Mike Polombo?"

The First Amendment Wins...Again!

For the record we will tell Mike Polombo all day, every day that he is a dirty douchebag cop and there’s not a damn thing he can do about it!

Mehrens also argued he was having a difficult time getting key information from the Phoenix PD on the Polombos. We weren't privy to what Mehrens was requesting, but it appears Mehrens sent a subpoena to the Phoenix PD and they filed a motion to quash it – unbeknownst to State prosecutor Ted Campagnolo!

What a clusterfuck! It’s was actually quite amusing to sit in court and watch this train wreck unfold with Ted Campagnolo. This is turning into such a train wreck…we think train wrecks…would stop to watch this train wreck.

What’s at issue is the crux of the famous ANON letter that was sent to many and posted on this blog.

Mike Polombo's PSB Investigation Where He Lies About an Affair

While the language of the letter was colorful, it appears it may all be true.

Heather and Mike do admit they fell in lust and began an affair while Mike was still married to his wife Suzanne. We also know factually that Mike Polombo stored police records in his garage.

The bigger issue and what’s at stake is how Mike and Heather Polombo lied during a PSB investigation to cover their dirty potato bump. The state’s attorney Ted Campagnolo admitted during his argument that the Polombos had an affair while Mike was still married – unless of course Ted Campagnolo is now lying?. No one has ever objected to the statement that Mike and Heather Polombo had an affair while Mike was still married, except of course the Polombos themselves who lied about it during a PSB investigation.

What’s this all mean?

It means this is just more corruption, retaliation, cover-up, malfeasance and dirt under Jack Ass Harris. It also means we caught PSB, the Polombos and the Cocksucker Theron Quaas in another lie and cover-up on another whistleblower who "blew" the whistle on the crimelab and the Polombos.

It means this investigation should be reopened with both Polombos added to BRADY (and while we are at it - let’s add Commander Chuck Miiller to BRADY to for lying about fucking Audra…).

It should be sent to AZPOST for decertification, along with Quaas. If the letter is true and factual in part, there is no “harassment” in telling the truth. In essence the Polombos and Ted Campagnolo will have to disprove the truthfulness of the letter and that isn’t going to be pretty. I wonder if the Polombos anticipated their personal lives unfolding in a court room?

This is far from over and we intend to report back to you on this as it unfolds for Barnes. Maybe after the trial Mehrens will be indicted too for exacerbating Heather’s migraines and raising Mike’s blood pressure? We will see. It was really great to see Craig Mehrens in action and to see the befuddled Ted Campagnolo trying to make a case where there wasn't any.

We sure hope the Barnes case does get remanded back to the Grand Jury so that they can find out the truth about the Polombos and Quaas.

So Heather Armstrong Polombo… Great job on solving the Danny Ramirez murder case and finally arresting someone. It only took you four years to figure out what everyone else knew! Grandma Mead is tickled pink!
