We could have told you all a long time ago that there is nothing “Honorable” about Phoenix Judge, Gary Donahoe. We always thought he was inept and just as corrupt as the leadership in the Phoenix Police Department.
Now we are all about to find out the truth.
As many of you have seen and heard, Judge Gary Donahoe is being brought up on charges of Bribery, Obstructing a Criminal Investigation, and Hindering Prosecution. Kind of ironic that a Judge who is the presiding judge for the criminal court, is himself now facing criminal charges.
We here at BadPhoenixCops know this judge well and think he should have been thrown in jail a long time ago. Gary Donahoe is friends with everyone in Phoenix PD homicide –especially Potato Head Polombo and Alex Femenia. Sources tell us that both Mike and Alex have worked with this corrupt judge for years, and he was their “go to guy” to obtain any kind of warrant they wanted -and it didn't matter if the warrant was surreptitiously obtained. Gary Donahoe gave them away like candy!

Maybe Heather Polombo could have gone to Donahoe, to get a warrant on a cop's gun that was allegedly used to murder poor Danny Ramirez?
Nope. That would have helped citizens! All Phoenix PD Homicide wants to do is look for nameplates, screw subordinates in cars and cover up investigations.
And if you don’t remember (cause we do), Judge Gary Donahoe is the judge who signed off on the search warrant and allowed the illegal raid of both Dave Barnes and our Blogger’s home.
Let’s hope that Andrew Thomas and Sheriff Joe don’t raid your home too judge Donahoe, and let’s hope your wife and kids don’t witness it.
There’s nothing worse than a dirty cop and a crooked judge. We hope you don’t have a stroke over this one Gary, but if you do, we hope it happens while cancer plagues your testicles.
While we don’t agree with anything Candy Andy Thomas does, we will make sure we go to every hearing and action on this trial and be a constant reminder to judge Gary Donahoe!

years ago femenia worked with doanhoe when he was in the prosecutors office. they prosecuted many cases togehter. all shit smells the same. drity cops dirty judges. i hope this guy is in pink underwear in a tent soon.
I am willing to believe Donahoe has issues. But do you really think Sheriff Joe gives a shit about civil rights and the fourth amendment? This is a county power play, pure and simple.
Heres the way I look at it. There all shit. Think about shit for a second.

There all shit. Sheriff joe and this judge. They all stink, but its nice to see shit being taken care of by shit. While I don’t agree with everything joe arpaio is doing, I agree that joe needs to put his judge in tent city and watch him pick trash along the freeway. It might also help if someone gave this douch a low dosages of lead, injected at supersonic speed.
Bottom line. As always, once the media hype settles down, this fucker will quietly exit the room, and collect his retirement from the county. No harm... no foul.

Wouldn't want someone to lead and do whats right on the department. Hampton is an example of what happens when a COP gets put in charge, his guys will follow him to hell and back.

I have to echo Warren's sentiments here. As odious as Judge Donahoe might be (and I have no reason to doubt that BPC's description of him is completely accurate), the criminal antics of that badged, self-aggrandizing gangster Joe Arpaio are infinitely more damaging to the rule of law or the citizenry's faith in it. To allow or encourage Arpaio and his MCSO brownshirts to "clean up" the alleged corruption within the Phoenix/Maricopa County government is analogous to encouraging bubonic plague to spread in order to stop an H1N1 flu epidemic.

I agree, sort of, with liberranter. I think it goes without saying that no one on this blog likes the illegal tactics used by Arpiao, Thomas, Fermenia or corrupt judges like Donahoe. The good thing is that now the goons are turning on each other for personal gain. This is crap sniffing crap. (Hang on Fermenia and Polumbo, this will trickle down to your corrupt asses too There’s already national attention on the Goudeau case..) These corrupt SOBs will be their own undoing. Too bad it just can’t happen fast enough - Fermenia, Polumbo, and the other Gestapo’s still have time to plant evidence and lie under oath, doing whatever they need to do to convict innocent people to impress the ignorant masses. Consider the source of the accusations against Judge Donahoe...The MCSO. Also "charged" does not mean guilty!
I like this blog and believe shining a light on corruption is vital in a democracy, but let's wait until the accused is found guilty before the hanging.
To the anonymous poster who said only two people believe Goudeau is innocent – Dave Barne’s and Goudeau’s wife, why don’t you go play in the traffic. Better yet, Fermenia, get off this GD blog, jerkoff. Make that three people who know Mark’s is innocent - don't forget the asshole who planted evidence, seeing how there wasn’t any, and withheld evidence, seeing it was exclupatory to Goudeau – YOU!!!
